It lasted about 10 cleanings, then it started turning on by itself when charging - and just died.

I bought it on July 2022 and using it a few times today the robot stop working

It didn't pick up debris and could barely climb out of a 6ft deep end

Stopped charging after only a couple of months. Can NOT contact the company at all about servicing the unit!

From the moment we tried it, the machine never came on. Tried calling the customer service in the manual and the number does not exist. Wast of $400

Piece of crap. Bought summer 2022 and now it doesn't charge or turn on. Even when it worked it would go to the deep end of the pool, get stuck and stay there. Terrible product, DO NOT BUY!!!

This robot works great in my above ground pool only problem is cant find anywhere to buy replacement filters. Only place I found was in China. Tried calling number in owners manual and not in service.

Horrible used 3 times and it just quit. Bought in Sept. 2022 end of season just started to use it. Will be returning it. The 1800 number on the box for service info is out of order. The website is unavailable. Waste of $350...

I was so excited to purchase this for my Mom because it would be easy to charge battery and just throw in the pool. This cleaner doesn’t have enough power to go from deep to shallow end of pool. I thought it was a defect and wanted to contact customer service which the email and phone number was in the user manual. The phone number was not in service and my email was returned as undeliverable. I immediately returned it to Sam’s and got a refund.

Terrible product, SAM's sell crap from another company and then does nothing to helps its members. the Company that sells this is either out of business or doesnt care about its customers either. I call and the system hangs up on you. sent emails and no response. this product died after 8 months of use and about 2 times a month. do the math. Don't buy anything from Sam's or This CO if I knew who they were would add that but nothing on any of the literature.
