We used to spend a lot of time in the sun cleaning our pool in the summer manually vacuuming for 3 hours…. I can tell you, we did not look forward to it…. With this… saves us time, we charge it , and just put it in our pool and voila! Clean in 3 hrs! Without us having to do it!

This has done a great job on our pool which was just opened for the year. The fact that it is completely cordless is a huge benefit. I've used other "automatic" pool cleaners but they never achieved full coverage of the pool like this has and always seemed to get caught up or tangled on something. I also like the that dirt and debris are collected in this rather than going into the filter as when using the traditional pool vacuum. This is a great option when the water is still a little chilly.

Have been using this for about 6 weeks and the pool is super clean. After opening the pool used the large debris pickup option for three cleanings then added the small particle insert. Been using the small particle insert since and the pool bottom is spotless. Charge it, drop in in for about 3 hours, remove it with the provided hook that attaches to your skimmer pole and that it’s. Hope I can get additional filters from the manufacturer.

We just purchased this and used it for the first time today. Our inground pool is 20 x 40 and goes from 3 feet in the shallow end to 9-10 feet in the deep end. The robot cleans pretty well. We understood it wouldn't climb walls which is fine. HOWEVER, it could not make the trip up the incline from the deep end to the shallow end. I manually moved it to the shallow end (which defeats the purpose of having an automatic cleaner) and as soon as it got to the incline, it would go down, but could not get back up. Also, it had an intimate relationship with our bottom drain, but didn't get completely stuck, just liked to hug it for a bit :P If you have a flat bottom pool or a smaller pool/incline, this could be for you. If the company can upgrade the tread or climb power, it could be an awesome cleaner. Unfortunately, we will have to return the little robot.

Probably would have given a higher rating but it can't navigate my pool with a shallow and deep end. I think it would work great on an even flat surface. Suction and filter worked very well. It just wasn't a fit for my pool. Loved that it was cordless.

This was a handy little device and was priced affordable enough, but unfortunately it lacked enough traction to go over the incline in our inground pool. It would get stuck and never could do by the complete job. I would say it did only about 25% maybe. Where it could travel, it did a great job picking up the wet leaves from the bottom of the pool. We just needed it to cover the entire bottom of our pool.

Do not buy this product. I paid a lot of money for this item and it only worked two times. I tried to get it returned, but Sam said that it was a third-party Item. Can't get a hold of the manufacturer. The phone number doesn't work. The website brings you back to Sam's.

product sucks, lasted only 4 months. Customer service department phone is not in service so any warranty on the product is not available. Back plastic wheels do not rotate so they get worn out . This products is a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY. Spend $100.00 more and by a AIPER cleaner.

I bought this 6/25/23 have spent 3 days trying to get this thing to work . Charged it , let it sit vertically put it in pool didn’t work- locked up ( I didn’t put it vertical enough ) Recharge/unlock it, let it sit vertical, put it in pool, still not moving. It’s going back today. 06/28/23 This thing is a pain in the blink, I will get one that is not automated that comes with a on and off switch. As for the quality of parts,

Just bought one from Sam's Club. Worked first time I put it in the water. Worked very well. Got it out of the water, cleaned it up/out, let it dry then plugged in to recharge. Blue lights flashing to indicate charging. After about 5 hours I got solid blue lights to indicate fully charged. Manual says to wait 2 hours after fully charged (doesn't say why) before using again. Manual says to tip cleaner 30 degrees to show status. Solid blue lights "will turn off after 5 seconds and the robotic cleaner will enter 'standby' status if it is not moved again." I replaced the strainer basket and filter, lowered into the pool and............................NOTHING. I have had the robotic cleaner for 6 days and have tried recharging each day (5-ish hours charging plus a 2 hour wait time) and it has only started running in the water automatically 3 times. For me it cleans well when it works. Let me repeat, when it works. The Customer Service phone number 1-887-883-8834 is out of service. There is a phone number on the box for the company, but the phone number, like the company, is in CHINA. Now I see why it was on sale. Should change the name from PoolElf Pool Cleaner to PoorElf Pool Cleaner.
