I bought one and was worried about the price. Now I don't look back on my purchase. The time it saves for pool usage is worth it. I have minimal pool maintenance thanks to this product. You just charge it and plop it in. It is easy to clean too. My water has never been cleaner!

I am happy with this robot cleaner for my pool. It was a mess this season with lots of leaves and debris, then I bought this cleaner, and it save me quite a lot of time. The operation is quite simple, just put it in the pool. It started working right away and cleaned up a lot of leaves. Of course, I had to run it multiple times to get the pool completely clean. The cleaner is easy to clean with a garden hose. For the price, I think it is better than I expected.

I bought this last year and it worked great last summer. It was nice not having to clean it manually, although I did have to at times. I found that I would have to run it several times in order for it to get everything off the bottom of the pool, I didn't mind because it was much easier than manually vacuuming. However, this year it fully charges, but when I put it in the pool nothing. Like all of the other reviews. It is not working and it doesn't move. I have no idea who to contact I'm very dissatisfied. Save your money and buy something with a larger reservoir and that has been shown to last longer than a year.

So I bought this in June of 22 and today it just completely quit working. The customer service number is out of order and they do not respond to an email. I wasted $400. Hopefully you won't get scammed like me. Sams should quit selling this product!

Absolute piece of junk. Goes immediately to deep end of pool and stalls out. Doesn’t have enough strength to climb walls, steps or incline. Would probably work great in a 3ft deep kiddy pool. Don’t waste your money. Guarantee you will return it.

This cleaner is a big help. I drop it in before I leave in the morning and its finished when I get back home. Simple to recharge. Really reduces the amount of time and effort I have to put into sweeping the pool floor.

I bought this product after 2 uses it literally caught on fire while in pool. It's dangerous and unsafe. I had charged on my counter top prior and can't imagine the damage it would have done if it would have caught on fire in my home.

The robot does a decent job sucking up debris. Not great, but better than having to do it manually. It can’t get out of the corners of our pool. We bought one and had the problem so we exchanged it for another. The second one couldn’t get out of the corners either.

The product worked OK when it was working. It did pick up and clean the floor of the pool OK, but did not pick up all debris. Pattern was random, and did not cover the total floor area. I have a 33' round pool, and had to manually vacuum some of the floor (not a huge deal). I started working a bit erratically towards the end of the season and the battery life was getting shorter and shorter. Beginning of the second year, the unit is no longer working, even though it appears to take a charge. Expensive for the job it does, and of only one year of service. I would suggest buying another brand or item. The filters are not easy to clean.

I went through 3 of them in less than a year. Same issue every time. Use for about 5 days and then it would turn on and immediately shut off. The first 2 times the company replaced quickly with no shipping fees. The third one, they offered to refund- but I really needed a cleaner and didn't have time to go shop for one - so I got the third one. Didn't last a month. The last contact with the company was that they would no longer be issuing refunds or replacements. I finally gave up and returned to Sam's and recommended that they stop selling them. They are yellow for a reason- lemons .
