I bought this product after 2 uses it literally caught on fire while in pool. It's dangerous and unsafe. I had charged on my counter top prior and can't imagine the damage it would have done if it would have caught on fire in my home.

This cleaner is a big help. I drop it in before I leave in the morning and its finished when I get back home. Simple to recharge. Really reduces the amount of time and effort I have to put into sweeping the pool floor.

Dont hold a charge and doesnt pick up much

Best cleaner I’ve used. Can’t beat it for the money. Under $500. It was worth it.

Works fine. Just wish it had option to climb walls.

It didn't work dur to the height of the drain covers

I bought it in April, and I start use it after I open my pool, the problem was stuck in drain however now it's moving I charge it and I put it in pool not moving why? I clean it I cleaned the wheels changed them to new once still not moving phone number on manual not working??

My great Aunt bought this and had it shipped to us and from what I was told it was quite expensive. It’s a great idea but doesn’t live up to what it claims it can do. I tried calling company but number doesn’t work. I will attempt to take back to Sam’s.

I have owned this for about 6 months. I do like it, it definitely is better than manually vacuuming. Does a good job with small leaves and debris. If you have a lot of large leaves it really just pushes them around. It does great with the super fine particles. Here is the thing, I have a pool that has a deep end of 8 feet. Once the robot pool cleaner goes to the deep end, it never comes back to the shallow end. It doesn’t have the power, or traction to make it back up the steep grade. So I grab it with my pole and hook ( it comes with a hook that snaps into your pole) and drag it up to the shallow end. If you want a “set it and forget it” this is not your machine. If you like the ability to throw it in and go about your business and every 30 minutes come drag it to the shallow end, then this is your robot pool cleaner. It is super easy to empty the basket and spray out the mesh filter. Charges in about 5-6 hours, and the battery lasts roughly 3-3.5 hours. If you have a pool that is all one level, this is perfect. I rated it a 3 star because it stays in the deep end.

I went through 3 of them in less than a year. Same issue every time. Use for about 5 days and then it would turn on and immediately shut off. The first 2 times the company replaced quickly with no shipping fees. The third one, they offered to refund- but I really needed a cleaner and didn't have time to go shop for one - so I got the third one. Didn't last a month. The last contact with the company was that they would no longer be issuing refunds or replacements. I finally gave up and returned to Sam's and recommended that they stop selling them. They are yellow for a reason- lemons .
