It's simple, but has every option you need. I never needed nor used the complicated options for other washers. It looks sleek and high quality. The wash cycles are quiet and my toddler can sleep through the cycle signals because it's nice on the ears instead of a loud buzz. Easy to keep clean and cleans my clothes efficiently. I am very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed with this washer. Firstly, It has large capacity, which makes it super easy to do large loads in one time. I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

I am extremely impressed with the size of the drum and I'm able to fit so much more clothing into each load than I expected I would be able to before seeing it in person. The soft close lid is a nice feature and the washer is super quiet when running. I love that the machine has a self clean mode and it actually reminds you after 20 washes to run a self clean cycle. It also has a bedding setting which is great for my bulky bedspreads! Every load I run gets things perfectly clean, and leaving me with fresh smelling laundry. Also, the spin cycle gets everything as dry as it possibly could without using a dryer, which is awesome for things that you need to hang/air dry. When each load is complete, the washing machine plays a cute little tune. I couldn't be happier with my new washer!

it washes and spins according to the sensors. i make sure all my clothes are in the washer evenly, nothing balled up. clothes are very clean and it spins very dry. i use cold to wash everything…please note, samsung’s cold water adds hot water. but it works for me. i read the instructions and follow them and i have no issues. you have to put your detergent in first, i use liquid and i pour it into the machine and put the clothes on top. very big and deep tub. this is a very good purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a ten-year-old, basic washer to my new Samsung Top Load Washer a few weeks ago...and couldn't be happier! We wash several loads of laundry daily, and the biggest differences for me are the strength of the agitation and how much dryer the clothes are after the spin cycle. This cuts down on the amount of time clothes are in the dryer. Between the Samsung being much better on electricity/energy usage and how dry my clothes are at the end of the spin cycle, I'm saving money on my electric bill...something I very much appreciate! The only drawback, and this is more for my Mom, who is 5'6" and in her 70's...is she doesn't like having to reach down so far into the washer to pull laundry out.. I'm 5'8" and didn't see this as an issue...but never thought to consider how Mom would use the washer. If someone is shorter than 5'6", they definitely ought to reach in to make sure they can reach the bottom of the washer without straining too much. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and happily recommend this model Samsung washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung washer! It has a large capacity and takes no time to wash clothes. It is also pretty quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I use the normal wash cycle the most, but do customize the settings when needed. If the load is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come fix it instead of continuing and damaging itself. It has a self cleaning option with is great for regular weekly or monthly cleaning. Works like a charm to keep everything coming out sparking clean. The soft close lid and the locking mechanism while washing is very nice. I have a 2 years old and it will keep him from opening it midwash.

This washer is designed to reduce noise and vibration. With a busy household, laundry usually gets done in the evening, and this feature is essential! Soft Close Lid: Love how quiet the lid closes- no slamming and no fingers pinched. Self-Clean: Let’s face it, we all want our laundry to be clean and fresh. This washer gives a self-clean reminder after 20 cycles. No more stinky washer smells. Cons? Can’t think of any- we love everything from the design, finish and features. With a busy household, we really appreciate all the little details that make this the perfect washer for us! Wow- expectations blown away!

I have had mine for about 3 years it was great until my washes become off balance ALL THE TIME and it takes hours to do 1 load. I know I am not over or under filling the tub. Sometimes I think it just fills and empties continuously. Junk I am so disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.
