washer cycle runs twice as long as my old whirlpool because the tub gets out of balance constantly. does not rince clothes out good. has made my power bill higher because it has to run longer even though it’s supposed to be energy efficient. i will never buy another samsung washer and dryer.

Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung washer did both those things and more. With all the laundry that I do for my family. I need a simple, easy to use washer, with enough capacity to minimize my loads. This washer checks all those boxes for me. While the capacity of the washer satisfies all my needs, the washer itself takes up far less room than my previous washer, leaving me plenty of room around it in the laundry room. It's also super quiet, which is a huge bonus I wasn't expecting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually do laundry at least threee times a week and I Love the Samsung washer,perfectly washes my clothes the first time through, has super big drum so clothes move freely without tangling like my previous washer, 8 preset washing cycles or 5 temperature settings, the lid closes so softly it too is quiet, and has anti vibration that keeps it quiet no out of balance issue I’ve had in the past so I could focus on other tasks while it ran in background, very sleek clean design. So happy With my Samsung washer, highly recommend

Laundry has seemed truly easy with the bigger basin and very simple choices. In our house, we usually have workout or sports clothing. Therefore, we like to add rinse aid, and other additives. It’s so easy to do that in this bigger washer. We share the chore of doing laundry now that it’s so simple.

I've use the normal cycle to wash our everyday clothes - the clothes comes out clean and the color is maintained. I've use the "heavy duty" cycle to wash some heavily soiled clothes, the washer does an excellent job of getting out the stains. The big capacity allows me to wash our king size comforter with ease. When done, the washer plays a sound....how cool is that! I love the fact that it's energy efficient and pressing the power on is so easy. I am very happy with this Samsung washer. Well done Samsung, you have found another way to make your customer s lives are little bit easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love my new samsung 4.1 cu. ft. high-efficiency top load washer! this is the first washer i have owned without the inside center agitator and i love how much room it has. it has 8 different wash cycles and 5 different temperature levels that make it super easy to choose correctly for your laundry type. i love the soft close lid which also locks after starting the cycle. it is super quiet while washing. this washer makes it so easy to do my bedding in one load, or all of my towels, or a huge load of jeans. another great feature is the self clean option. the machine will remind you after 20 loads with a blinking led light on the panel. this helps to keep your tub in prime condition!

I also washed my large comforter and it got cleaned nicely in the washer. Secondly, it comes with 8 preset washing cycles. I only have to select the cycle and it adjusts water level and temperature according to that. This saves time and makes laundry process convenient. Once the lid is closed, it locks unless the machine is off or paused. This is a nice safety feature. I like the ease of selecting water level, for clothes that need thorough cleaning. Once the cycle is over, their is a tune that signifies for the completion. I am really happy with the performance of my new washer.

The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! Did I mention how quiet this thing really is? the only time I really hear it is when it has completed it's operation and it plays a melody to alert you it's done! Overall it's a great washer with alot of room for all of those clothes you and your kids may have A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung washer! It has a large capacity and takes no time to wash clothes. It is also pretty quiet when washing. Has a lots of different settings and super easy to use. I use the normal wash cycle the most, but do customize the settings when needed. If the load is to heavy loaded on one side it will stop and alert you to come fix it instead of continuing and damaging itself. It has a self cleaning option with is great for regular weekly or monthly cleaning. Works like a charm to keep everything coming out sparking clean. The soft close lid and the locking mechanism while washing is very nice. I have a 2 years old and it will keep him from opening it midwash.
