[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is absolutely amazing. It is very quiet and it holds a ton of clothes. It is very user friendly and has a nice chime to it. My favorite washing cycles are normal and quick wash. I also like the self clean notification. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone shopping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these newer top load washers need to be more specific on who can use these comfortably- I will not recommend this washer to anyone under 5'-4" tall. Even after standing on a step my husband built, I still have trouble reaching the clothes on the bottom. I now must use an extension grabber to remove clothes from this washer! The control panel is easy to understand and operate, it has 4 water levels and one automatic level. The noise level is nice and low, and it spins nearly all the water out of clothes making drying time less. I can tell it spins hard because my fabric softener sprays up on the bottom of the lid, it may be hard to see but I have shared a picture. The fabric softener dispenser is old school and expels the liquid using centrifugal force vs a water rinsed tray that comes with other models. Some of the liquid remains and this cup will need to be cleaned often. This model also has no liquid detergent dispenser so you just pout the laundry detergent right on top of the clothes. While I appreciate the child lock feather, it would be nice to be able to manually override it, for some simple pre-washing while the drum is filling. I know this was a feature on one of the models and I thought that was one I had ordered. This is a great get-it-done, no frills washer and I think would be great for large loads of dirty work clothes. I think this washer will be easier to keep cleaner than my old front load with that big gasket that was a mess to keep clean.

This worked for exactly one year and not even a month yet I went to wash my blankets last night for the first time and it would stop mid cycle and beep four times I was a Samsung fan but over time every time we buy appliances from this crap company of a company something goes wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this washer, so far it's amazing! It's super quiet, even when in that final stage of draining! The drum itself is huge and it helps that it doesn't have an agitator in the way! Instead the bottom acts as an agitator and performs flawlessly! One of my favorite features is that is has a dedicated option for for bedding along with an extra high option for the water level! This allows the washer to perform at its best for those bulking bedding options! Did I mention how quiet this thing really is? the only time I really hear it is when it has completed it's operation and it plays a melody to alert you it's done! Overall it's a great washer with alot of room for all of those clothes you and your kids may have A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely blown away by the upgrade this washer has been for my home. I went from a front load washer that was a hand-me-down and dirty from the start, to an impressive, quiet and high-performing washer from Samsung. I love the ease of getting the load started and choosing my cycle. There are seven general cycles, plus a self clean cycle that I have plans to run once a month. I tend to stick with “normal” or “delicates,” for the loads that have a lot of workout clothes that I don’t want jostled more than normal. Additionally, you have four temp settings, and four water level settings. Simple buttons for Power and Start/Pause allow you to get started easily, and the size of the inside is pretty amazing. I like the soft close top on the washer and how easily I can get clothes out after the spin cycle. This is a very easy washing machine to use and I can picture this lasting a long time in my house.

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung 4.1 cu. ft. capacity Top Load Washer! This is the first washer I have owned without the inside center agitator and I love how much room it has. It has 8 different wash cycles and 5 different temperature levels that make it super easy to choose correctly for your laundry type. I love the soft close lid which also locks after starting the cycle. It is super quiet while washing. A bonus it plays the best tone medley when your laundry is finished which is much better than an annoying buzzer sound. This washer makes it so easy to do my bedding in one load, or all of my towels, or a huge load of jeans. Another great feature is the SELF CLEAN option. The machine will remind you after 20 loads with a blinking LED light on the panel. This helps to keep your tub in prime condition!

This washer does a good job cleaning. We have run many loads of military uniforms and kids clothes through it and it cleans well. I struggled with giving this even 4 start though due to a feature that I HATE. At the end of the cycle this unit plays a "tune" for almost 30 seconds. This model has no option to turn the tones off or even to lower their volume. The best time to do chores such as laundry while kids are sleeping. Good luck not waking them up. The washer is in a central part of the house and it is loud and annoying.

Not take up a ton of space but still have the capacity to do the laundry for our family of 5. This Samsung washer did both those things and more. They fit our space perfectly and due to the fact that our laundry room was configured poorly by the builders, the ability to go from the top load washer to the front load dryer is a huge plus. The capacity of the washer allows us to, on most laundry days, just do one load of laundry for all 3 of our kids, which is a huge plus. The functionality is super intuitive and easy to use. We have not been yet used all 8 preset washing cycles, but having that many options makes it super easy for even our kids to take care of the laundry. One other huge plus is how quite the washing machine is. Our kitchen is right below the laundry room and you can barely notice a load is being washed. On top of all of that, they look great. I would definitely recommend this Samsung Washer to family and friends.

The sleek design fits right in with my decor. It's the perfect size to get my families wash done in no time. I love the different settings available to customize to my needs. The slow closing lock top insures my washing is uninterrupted. And I cant believe how quiet this machine is! Thankfully it signals when wash load is done. This is such a fun machine to use, it actually makes washing enjoyable.
