Used for slow cooker swiss steak, 6 hrs on low

It was real tuff

Meat was very good but there were too many very small slices, making them difficult to use for grilling.

These always look fresh. You can tell if they have been in the case for too long. They taste equally good.

Very tender. Made chicken fried steak and it actually was the best round that I’ve found in Arizona

Lean and nice color. Used tenderizer spikes and marinade. Sliced thing slivers and cooked in skillet, turned out great.

I never write bad reviews. I went to go cook the meat the next day. It had a terrible smell and was green. I had to throw it out.

These are not the best steaks ever but for price they are good. Especially if you prefer steak well done.

Cook very slowly and medium or this is like chewing leather. I put in air fryer the 2nd time and they were much better than in the oven or crockpot

I have no complaints....meat looks good...tastes good...and this bulk purchase means I can make a nice steak dinner for the family a few times!
