Cook very slowly and medium or this is like chewing leather. I put in air fryer the 2nd time and they were much better than in the oven or crockpot

Very tender. Made chicken fried steak and it actually was the best round that I’ve found in Arizona

These are not the best steaks ever but for price they are good. Especially if you prefer steak well done.

We pan seared this meat to use in stir fry as normal but this it came out is tough, chewy, and it is very thin.

The meat was brown in the middle when zi opened the bottom layer, but I thought I could prepare it as Swiss Steak. However, after it was prepared, I took one bite and it made me sick. I will never buy beef from Sam’s Club ever again.

The steaks are just the right size to make sandwiches. Plus they are very delicious.
