Very little flavor. Would suggest going with a better cut of meat

Great round steaks ... good for the crockpot (instead of grilling).

Cook very slowly and medium or this is like chewing leather. I put in air fryer the 2nd time and they were much better than in the oven or crockpot

We pan seared this meat to use in stir fry as normal but this it came out is tough, chewy, and it is very thin.

They look like good steak but in freezer and have not cooked any of them yet. Will make chicken fried steak with them.

I never write bad reviews. I went to go cook the meat the next day. It had a terrible smell and was green. I had to throw it out.

Great food at a great price and great portions. Enough to feed a family of 6-8 people with leftovers.

These always look fresh. You can tell if they have been in the case for too long. They taste equally good.

Quantity was just right for the price. Go anywhere else I could have not gotten as much for a large family.
