Sam's beef is incredible - much better than any grocery stores. The round steak shown here was purchased to bake. I made Swiss steak with it and also baked steak with gravy. The round steak had very little fat and did up very well in a crock pot.

We needed a large package of round steak to make a nice Beef Stroganoff for our family meal that we serve each week at our Home Group Bible study that we host in our home each Friday night (you are all invited!). We bought two of these and really only needed one, so the other is in my freezer for another night when I will make Beef Oyster for them all and freak them out with the name!

The meat was fresh, lean, and flavorful. It cooked beautifully and made a delicious meal. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

These are great. They make meals easy. We use primarily for my kids to make their own lunch when home. Just fry it up in a pan with spices & voila! Healthy meal. We also slice it for fajitas, stir fry & "steak on a stick" for the grill.

These are a decent cut of meat, if somewhat tough. They do really well in a crock-pot where they get very tender. Good flavor.

The tops of the package of meat was very pretty and meat worthy. As I started to separate it into smaller packaging, I noticed it was brownish grey underneath; what's with that! Only the top layer was red like beef steak. Is it sprayed with something.

Looked so good & I made smothered steak. Sadly they were so tough I could barely cut them with the knife. I'll try again & I'll certainly tenderize 1st.

Bought these and they were green and yellow under the top layer, got a replacement which was not as bad but still hiding not as bad but still very greying meat. Not worth the price and probably unsafe to eat.
