Very disappointed. They were cut so thin that they won’t be much good for grilling. I thought buying Sams would be a better cut of meat for the extra cost. By the way. I didn’t pick them out. I ordered online and picked up at store

Lot of grissel

Thought it was a good deal, especially for the upcoming holiday weekend. We were sadly mistaken! They were so tough and grisly. We were embarrassed to be serving them. Had to throw most of them out!

Tough as nails

I went into this expecting the product to be tough and chewy based on other reviews. This cut is very sensitive to how it's cooked. I scored the fat cap, and I cooked these in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes total, flipping halfway. The result was juicy, and beefy. Way closer to strip than this cut gets credit for. Amazing budget steak, and very consistent cut thickness from the meat department at my club.

Not the highest quality meat, was tough

Used for slow cooker swiss steak, 6 hrs on low

Great round steaks ... good for the crockpot (instead of grilling).

Poor quality, thick lines of fat throughout pieces that made much inedible
