Very good quality and a great buy price wise. We don't usually buy beef, as it's too costly, but this happened to be a great buy.

This was probably the first and last time I'll buy from the deli meats this was not good quality meats

It was a miss for me! This meat is so tough, I marinated it in beer for 3 days to help tenderize it. I was chewing so much my jaw started giving out. My fiance suggested to pound it. That helped a little bit. I would not buy again.

I could never cut up a roast so evenly thin. I just put a few of these in seal a meal bags and freeze. They defrost quickly and are tasty fried with onions and mushrooms. No waste.

Very disappointed. They were cut so thin that they won’t be much good for grilling. I thought buying Sams would be a better cut of meat for the extra cost. By the way. I didn’t pick them out. I ordered online and picked up at store

Love the way these steaks are cut. Also tasty and not full of fat. I use tenderizer because I don't want a lot of fat. Fat makes steaks more tender. Also, best price around

Not really Sam’s fault… They are inexpensive for a reason. Very tough to eat as a steak. They are ok if you pound them out a bit and slice them for fajitas. Cook them for just a minute or 2 or they’ll be too tough to chew.

Use as breakfast steaks. Real tender. Shipping was great. Meat was cold when I received it. The price was reasonable. Which we need a break with these food prices.going up.

Package looks good they hide the meat that has a lot fat on them. Not interested in paying for fat.
