We had bought this playset after we closed on a new home, and the kids couldn't be happier. My boys are turning 8 and 5 in this month of September so this was a birthday gift for them. It took my husband and I a couple days to set it up, but we did it ourselves and it was very challenging to build, but we were able to figure it out with the instructions. There are a few parts when the instructions could have been a little more clear, however everything turned out fantastic, and I would order from lifetime products again. Thank you so much!

We are impressed with this play-set and the kids love it! It was not hard to assemble, it just took time. I recommend following the directions instead of assuming how it goes together! It is made of thick, solid materials and is very sturdy. We would recommend this product and company!

We're so happy with this purchase. First off, the delivery ended up being amazing. It was backordered and a little delayed, but ABF Freight actually carried the boxes inside our fence and placed them where we wanted to set it up. That was a nice perk. It did take my husband a while to build it (pretty much all of a Saturday), but he was able to do it alone except for me holding or moving the A frame a couple times. He said the instructions could be clearer, but that it was "built like a tank." We were both impressed with how sturdy it seems... Hopefully it will last a long time! So far our kids are just obsessed with the swings and climb the ladder or rope ladder, but as they get older they'll probably get more into the slide and climbing wall. We purchased this set in may 2018. During our move, some pieces were damaged and customer service was Amazing at helping me get the replacement parts. Our kids love the double deluxe playset and I'm so impressed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service.

It's so worth the money! My 3.5 yo loves to relax in her swing set and I also love to swing with her side by side looking for animal shaped clouds and play with her toy dinosaurs in her "castle." The material is sturdy and no more wood splinters! We've had her friends over too to play on the swing set.

I bout this 3 years ago and had some problems with the rust due to the weather in Florida, I had the best experience with customer service, they exchange the Swing and made my kids happy. The level of service of this company is the best I have ever seen. thank you.

I love this playground. I was a little nervous with the different additions, however my son loves to spin around, and now he can do it himself. I paid to have lifetime come and install, and glad I did. They had it built in about an hour. Completely worth the money.

The swing set is great. It is well built and sturdy. The main set is everything I could expect from it. The problems I have with this bundle is that pieces are not labeled so assembly is very difficult. I was able to figure it out because I am an Engineer, but the average Joe may struggle without the pieces being labeled. Also, I did not understand that the picnic table is a kid sized table. I thought it would be a full size table and I was going to get a deal. I was slightly disappointed when I opened the table

This swing set is great and looks amazing. The issues we had, were none of the parts were labeled. This took additional time in finding the right piece, as well as having to go back and fix where we grabbed an identical piece. I do wish it had anchors for the feet. My son and I were both swinging high and we had to stop because it was starting to come off the ground. With 2 of us it took about 4-5 hours, with breaks.

The product itself is amazing and my girls (2 and 4) love it along with my kids I babysit from home as well. We held off on the trapeze bar and used our fisher price baby swing and it’s perfect. Reason for the 2 star review was the customer service when we had an issue in assembly. My husband and I were able to put it together in 6-7 hours ourselves with the kids running/jumping on top. When we got to the cargo net, the instructions said to straighten out the net and the diagram in the manual showed it flat/flush against each other so I removed the knots (which was a big no no) but didn’t discover that until we put the net on. The pictures played a huge role in the assembly process as to show which way to turn the items for correct positioning so we relied heavily on them since none of the poles/bars had any sort of marking on them. Throughout the manual it notes when to not tighten hardware too tight and other hints/clues to make the process flawless but it had no note on the knots. I contacted their customer service via email asking for a video or information on the knots to correct it and they stated that they had no such help and only offered to “work with me” on another net after I responded back a little irritated. For the price we pay for these items, they should be a little more helpful in my opinion when it comes to helping with problems as such.
