We bought this for our 5 grandsons. Overall we are very pleased with this set. Delivery drivers were very friendly and respectful of our property and equipment. The product itself is very well made. We had no issues with any missing parts or damages. Our only issue was the identification of the parts. We spent a lot of time trying to identify the correct parts. Our suggestion to the company would be to label with a sticker, if nothing else. It would make set-up easier, for sure.

Great Playset with a lot of features. Larger in size than I thought, but just means the kids will use it longer. Not the easiest thing to put together, but not the worst. The built app is nice, but it could be a bit more descriptive at times. The instructions and hardware could be put in box 1, not 3 and 4. Overall seems like a quality Playset that will last a while.

The Swing Set is challenging for a 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 year old. It was what we were looking for, The children will grow into the set. There are so many activities from the two climbing structures, swings, steering wheel and chalk board and many other activities in between. The club house is for the quiet times looking at Pokémon cards or just having a snack.

I bought a play ground set for my grandchildren from this company and they love it. The propeller swing broke and the company sent a brand new propeller swing. This company stands by the warranty and are very helpful. I would recommend this company’s merchandise anytime thank you.

Was able to assemble fully in around 10 hours (including unpacking). Was able to do it by myself but a second pair of hands would have been helpful in a couple steps. Great quality and good assembly instructions. Don’t fully tighten down bolts until you complete each step. Otherwise you’ll be going back and loosening bolts to get things to fit. Everything is a tight snug fit.

I bought this swing set for my grand daughters. It has been a big hit. It’s very sturdy and every part of it are high quality. Like everyone else, the marking of the parts would have saved time. Luckily all the nuts and bolts are separated and packaged together for every section of the building process. Very please with the play set and looking forward to many of years watching the kiddos (and myself) enjoy it.

I bout this 3 years ago and had some problems with the rust due to the weather in Florida, I had the best experience with customer service, they exchange the Swing and made my kids happy. The level of service of this company is the best I have ever seen. thank you.

This is a product that will last. Really high quality, very clever design and thought out instructions. The aftersales support is also second to none. You really get what you pay for with this company. Yes it's more expensive than some playsets made overseas but it's worth every penny

This swing set was bought for my son’s 1st birthday 18 years ago. It’s rusting but still standing. My younger kids and nephews now use it. I may need to replace all the rusting pieces but we’re still happy with this purchase. This is something we’re trying to keep as long as possible. We have so many beautiful memories with this swing set.

Follow the directions closely and the set goes together very easily. The set is very sturdy. I didn't anchor it and my grandchildren swing high causing very little lifting of the legs of the swing. The issue I had was with the shipping company. The shipping company destination was only 7 miles from me. They shipped the swing across the country, but when it arrived to the shippers destination, they failed to meet the delivery date because they wanted more money to deliver it to my home even though my purchase already included delivery. Lifetime and Homedepot took care of the extra cost they wanted.
