Quality materials. Just two issues...the framework instructions were not diagrammed and worded very well, and if I had realized that it was made in China I would not have bought it. Please consider creating your products and jobs in the USA!! Thank you.

Very happy with the purchase. Quality seems great. Packaging was good. Seems far superior to wood play sets. This will last years. My only complaint was no paper instructions. I had to use my phone and find them on website. I took me 2.5 days of serious work. I had a second hand for less than half of the time. Which included my mother and my 7 year old daughter. But with a little creativity and engineering we were able to put this together rather fast. Make sure you follow all steps. I had to redo some steps because I missed small details in assembly process. Overall very happy with my purchase

I honestly expected stronger steel tubing for the money. You have to very careful on over tightening the bolts. Quality of bolts was also low as they consistently wanted to strip even when starting by hand. The instructions were the worst as none of the parts were labeled properly. Very time consuming. Fairly solid and looks nice.

I bought this a week or so ago, and it arrived Thursday. I spent a few hours on Friday working on it, then 10 hours on Saturday, with just me and a little help from my wife. The instructions were great, the parts in separate bags and boxes all easy to follow. It feels solid and my 3 year old son loves it. I was a little worried about the ground I was placing it on, as it was a sand berm I had put up to control drainage near my house and wasn't very level. But this playground seemed to have some play in how it connected together and it doesn't sway or even move at all when climbing around on it. Also it feels much bigger than some of the other models I've seen in my neighbors yard. There were two minor cons. The first is the instructions for adding the net seemed ambiguous on how the right vertical support beam connected to the main frame. I looked through all my yard thinking I had lost a bolt when it turned out it was in a later part of the instructions in a different bag. The second is there were a few places where the paint had rubbed off the bars that make the restraints in the club house and one of the main beams. But I'll get some green paint and cover them. They were minor and not noticeable.

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story. We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time. All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!

We love this swingset! It’s a little big for my 2 year old to climb into herself but I have no doubt by 3, she will be all over it. We bought additional swing to switch out the standard ones and my kids love it. We also move around the swing configuration so it is customizable. It’s sturdy, great quality, and everything we hoped it would be.

Great quality swing set with lots of stuff for the kids to do. I especially like that I can get on the equipment with them. Installation took me about 9 - 10 hours with only a small amount of help from my daughter. I liked how all the hardware to install was individually packed by section in the installation manual. I only had one small issue in that I had one bolt that had damaged threads. I called customer service and they sent a replacement free of charge and it arrived in a few days.

Our kids love this swing set! And I love the fact that there is no upkeep! We've had wood playsets in the past that always started looking worn out in a few years. This one looks new years later! We've also had excellent experiences with customer service. We had a bad wind storm blow it over and bend a few poles. We reached out to customer service and they were very helpful at getting us the parts we needed to restore our swing set. Would definitely recommend!!

I love Amy! She was very quick in assisting me through our email exchange and has registered my playset after I got (I tried to do it myself) but she personally handled it herself. She was very patient and generous about my requests and concerns. The only thing I wish would improve are our slide came in scuffed (could’ve covered with something, most hardwares were easily got broken (glad we own a hardware store so that’s not a problem but my anxiety was through the roof because they kept breaking on us), and labels on the big parts (we kept guessing which is which—we flipped the tubes for climbing board but didn’t make any difference; just my OCD seeing the holes). It very easy to assemble and I recommend 2 people—we did things separately; Took us approx 6 hrs with 2 sets of tools. We had Youtube and the physical manual as our guide. I’m 5’4 and 150lbs and have no problems with lifting anything… Just reaching lol, so make sure you have a 4-step stool for the roof and the swings! We bought this for my 2-y/o toddler. At first I was scared, even though she’s at 86%, I could tell she struggled a bit because of “height issues”. I tried everything before letting her use each part, and my husband did, too. I’m so glad we went with Lifetime; I initially considered getting wooden one but I can’t stand splinters and the look after 1-2 yrs. This is definitely sturdy and can hold our weight together (my husband, my toddler, and I). So we’re enjoying it, too!! I hope this would last at least 10 years. This set is big, sturdy, and looks nice. The colors don’t draw your eye, so it looks great in the yard and isn’t distracting. My 3 year old and 7 year old love it and my 10 year old isn’t too big to enjoy it with them from time to time. It was a lot of work to set up (my husband and I worked all day), but will last for years to come with no maintenance. And because there is no wood we don’t have to worry about carpenter bees and restaining. We love it!
