Our rope ladder had sun rotted and could no longer be used four years after purchase. I was having trouble finding the part to order online until I used the chat box for assistance. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He sent me out a replacement free of charge since I was within the warranty. It arrived a few days later. The kids are so happy! Me too!!

It's so worth the money! My 3.5 yo loves to relax in her swing set and I also love to swing with her side by side looking for animal shaped clouds and play with her toy dinosaurs in her "castle." The material is sturdy and no more wood splinters! We've had her friends over too to play on the swing set.

Swing set for 3.5 yo

The Swing Set is challenging for a 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 year old.
It was what we were looking for, 
The children will grow into the set. There are so many activities from the two climbing
structures, swings, steering wheel and chalk board and many other activities in between.
The club house is for the quiet times looking at Pokémon cards or just having a snack.

Big kid swing set

This swingset is really solid and seems extremely well made.  If you have never put anything large together with lots of parts i don’t recommend starting with this. This thing will last as long as our son wants to play on it.  I m happy with our purchase.

Good swingset!

Big Stuff Swing Set. Two of us put it together in one day. Very pleased with the size. Grandkids love it, heck I love going down the slide and swinging too. The slide is great. The grandkids love the ship's wheel that clicks when you turn it. Who knew something so simple would be loved by ALL the kids? I love the size of the fort. So far we are very happy with this set. Time will tell about any rusting.

Super happy with this set

Excellent play set. My 4 year old and almost 2 year old love it and play everyday. The slide is a bit steep for small children and the climbing a little dangerous for small, but it is not intended for use by that age. I do wish the telescope could be moved do different locations on the set. It must be installed in only one spot and for us that is directly pointed at the backyard of undesirable neighbors. Flexibility in where it is attached would be nice. Installation took 8 hours - my huband worked along for 5 and had one man help him for 3. Directions were easy to follow. The spider swing is a great bonus and can hold mulitple kids at a time (3-4 depending on size).

Great playset!

I would like to share that I am very pleased with the swing set and my kids have a blast while playing on it. It is a high quality unit and appears that it will last a long time. My only complaint was the assembly time. I spent about 8 hours on assembly, but I was by myself. I recommend two or three people for assembly. Other than that I was and have been very happy with this purchase.

Fun times are ahead

Now that the play set is assembled it is wonderful, and we are happy with the purchase. However, the shipping process was less than smooth, and we were missing a box and several large pieces when it did arrive. These were shipped promptly when we notified Lifetime.

Platform to clubhouse came with upside “lifetime sticker attached. Also one of the framing pieces to the clubhouse platform seemed to be a duplicate rather than a opposing side piece. Everything ended up fine but did have to drill my own holes.

 For the price of the item I thought it was annoying how things were carelessly shipped with wrong piece and upside down “lifetime label”.

Product is great, but packaged carelessly.

If you are considering this company for ANYTHING PLEASE LOOK ELSHWHERE AS THEY DONT GIVE A DARN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!  I have been hung up on 4 out of 7 calls I made to them and the missing parts are a whole other story.  We forgot to mail them is one excuse I have heard and OH WE ARE SO SORRY voiced after receiving only one of the required parts that didnt get shipped on time.  All of this and my set still sets where I started to build it THREE WEEKS AGO BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE ANS SERVICE!!!!!!
