If you have any hesitation about this product DON’T. It took my husband about 7-10 hours to put together and he found the instructions to be very straightforward (but he’s a handy guy). We have a very tall 7 year old, 5 and 3 year old, and got a bucket swing for the little one instead of using the bar. All 3 can swing at the same time and the swingset does not tip or sway, and it is not anchored into the ground. The slide is very tall and somewhat steep for my 3 year old so she is avoiding it but the big kids love it. They have spent hours out there since we got it and I’m so glad that we invested in this. For the price, it was well worth it and I think will last longer than wooden products that also need installation. I’m pleased most of all that it is tough and sturdy enough for my 7 year old. Buy it!

The Swing Set is challenging for a 4 1/2 and 6 1/2 year old. It was what we were looking for, The children will grow into the set. There are so many activities from the two climbing structures, swings, steering wheel and chalk board and many other activities in between. The club house is for the quiet times looking at Pokémon cards or just having a snack.

It feels like it will last, it looks great and the kids love it, so we are very pleased. I built it by myself in about 18 hours, with maybe 20 minutes total of help from my wife when I needed a hand holding things up wile attaching different parts. It wasn't as bad as I expected. One minor point: the screws and other hardware are not fantastic quality. Some of the bolts would not thread properly onto the screws and one screw sheared in half while I was twisting it into a bolt (by hand, not with a drill). This did not create any major issues for us because the set came with some extra hardware, but we almost ran out of extras, so I can imagine that some people might have issues. Still five stars though!

We bought a plaster for our little guy. The staff came promptly on time and were very quick and thorough in assembling the play set. They made sure it was the the right location of the yard and were very courteous. Anyone looking at getting outdoor play equipment should try lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone.

To start we purchased this set because it required less routine maintenance as compared to the wooden sets sold at various big box stores. It also had a nice mix of elements/features, and when inspecting similar lifetime sets found locally we found them to be well built with a nice finish. The delivery came in about 2 weeks on an extra long pallet, 3 times the length of a a standard pallet. The delivery company was ABF, and the driver took great care in unloading the set, and encouraged us to inspect for damage. A standard pallet Jack could not move the set, so the pieces were off loaded individually. Overall we found the instructions to be good, and we didn’t have to use any of the provided spare parts. A level area to start is key, or find a method to have each leg be made level. Additionally, we found a response from lifetime to a posted question online regarding the placement of the set in relation to the recommended depth of mulch. This is important as the set is not to be placed on top of the mulch, and the instructions do not address this well. We had 2-3 adults aid in assembling at various points, and it definitely cannot be easily assembled solo. The set could be put together in a weekend 10-12 hours, possibly less time with more aid. Overall not a hard build, but definitely time consuming. I would classify myself as an advanced DIYer/ civil engineer professionally.

I ourchased my grandchildren a lifetime playset so they would have years of enjoyment and they have. The trapeze handles over time have cracked and worried us that the kids would pinch there hands when using it. The customer service representative Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped me with the replacement parts. I couldn't be happier with service and with your company. I'm really glad I bought a quality product with great service backing up their products.

Quality materials. Just two issues...the framework instructions were not diagrammed and worded very well, and if I had realized that it was made in China I would not have bought it. Please consider creating your products and jobs in the USA!! Thank you.

We already had a lifetime playset for or 2 boys, and it has been great! We ordered this one for grandma's house. Only hiccup was the delivery. It came a day later than expected and it comes on a big truck that needs space to turn around. The driver was determined and went out off his way to deliver. Lifetime is the best. Took 2 people 2 days to setup. Kids love it!

Everything is great and the kids love it! Assembly would have been faster if the kids weren't helping and if all the parts were labeled better. You really have to look closely at the assembly instructions and compare parts to make sure you are using the correct one or it is oriented in the correct direction. The hardware parts packages were labeled amazingly. There is a spare parts bag too!

This is a high quality playset, super fun, and with many features. It says for kids till 12. We doubted it before, but found it is true after setting it up. The monkey bar is high enough for a teenager and the swings are solid and big enough even for adults. Another thing to mention is that you can choose not to install the slide on the monkey bar if there is not enough room in the yard. Just cover the drill holes on the pole and it still looks good. We were planning to install just one slide to save room in our yard, but we end up installing both of them, because kids prefer sliding down after pass the bars, rather than climbing down. I think that's might be the reason why this model has 2 slides. Yes, it takes space, but so much fun for kids. We are also impressed by the customer service. One of the slide got a big deep scratch in the middle during shipping and Lifetime takes the responsibility to send us a new one. In sum, a great purchase and highly recommended!
