We bought this for our three boys, currently ages 5, 3, and 1. It took my husband about twelve hours, working alone, to put it together. We've had it for about three months now and absolutely love it. It seems very well made and I expect our boys to get a decade or more of use out of it. Everything on it could be enjoyed by kids much bigger and older than mine currently are so I expect them to still be swinging, sliding, and climbing for many years to come. I think it's a great investment to encourage outdoor play. This set has so much it really feels like we've brought the playground to our own backyard.

Purchased this 4 years ago and I think it is used daily most of the year. Often used by 3 or more at a time. It has held up well under this kind of use. Everything still working. Just recently found a crack in the top bracket around a weld. When I contacted customer service a replacement part was shipped very quickly. Thank you again Heidi

The product itself is amazing and my girls (2 and 4) love it along with my kids I babysit from home as well. We held off on the trapeze bar and used our fisher price baby swing and it’s perfect. Reason for the 2 star review was the customer service when we had an issue in assembly. My husband and I were able to put it together in 6-7 hours ourselves with the kids running/jumping on top. When we got to the cargo net, the instructions said to straighten out the net and the diagram in the manual showed it flat/flush against each other so I removed the knots (which was a big no no) but didn’t discover that until we put the net on. The pictures played a huge role in the assembly process as to show which way to turn the items for correct positioning so we relied heavily on them since none of the poles/bars had any sort of marking on them. Throughout the manual it notes when to not tighten hardware too tight and other hints/clues to make the process flawless but it had no note on the knots. I contacted their customer service via email asking for a video or information on the knots to correct it and they stated that they had no such help and only offered to “work with me” on another net after I responded back a little irritated. For the price we pay for these items, they should be a little more helpful in my opinion when it comes to helping with problems as such.

The Big Stuff Adventure Swing Set seems very sturdy and the kids love it very much! The assembly wasn't difficult, as it took a couple of us to assemble it during two evenings after work. There are lots of different parts, but are labeled and easy to understand. So far, we are very pleased!

Very happy with the purchase. Quality seems great. Packaging was good. Seems far superior to wood play sets. This will last years. My only complaint was no paper instructions. I had to use my phone and find them on website. I took me 2.5 days of serious work. I had a second hand for less than half of the time. Which included my mother and my 7 year old daughter. But with a little creativity and engineering we were able to put this together rather fast. Make sure you follow all steps. I had to redo some steps because I missed small details in assembly process. Overall very happy with my purchase

My grandsons really enjoy their"park" as they call it. However after a couple of years 4 of the galvanized swing hooks started to rust after a quick form was filled out within a week four new ones arrived. Lifetime makes the best products stay away from the high maintenance wood which only lasts a couple years.

It is a great product once you figure out where the instructions are and get the thing assembled. The one thing that is terrible is none of the items (except the screws and bolts) are labeled. The instructions are great, they refer to each piece by a code. Example ABD, but ABD is not stamped or labeled on any part. You have to look at the pictures and count holes and compare hole locations to identify which pole is which.

I love Amy! She was very quick in assisting me through our email exchange and has registered my playset after I got (I tried to do it myself) but she personally handled it herself. She was very patient and generous about my requests and concerns. The only thing I wish would improve are our slide came in scuffed (could’ve covered with something, most hardwares were easily got broken (glad we own a hardware store so that’s not a problem but my anxiety was through the roof because they kept breaking on us), and labels on the big parts (we kept guessing which is which—we flipped the tubes for climbing board but didn’t make any difference; just my OCD seeing the holes). It very easy to assemble and I recommend 2 people—we did things separately; Took us approx 6 hrs with 2 sets of tools. We had Youtube and the physical manual as our guide. I’m 5’4 and 150lbs and have no problems with lifting anything… Just reaching lol, so make sure you have a 4-step stool for the roof and the swings! We bought this for my 2-y/o toddler. At first I was scared, even though she’s at 86%, I could tell she struggled a bit because of “height issues”. I tried everything before letting her use each part, and my husband did, too. I’m so glad we went with Lifetime; I initially considered getting wooden one but I can’t stand splinters and the look after 1-2 yrs. This is definitely sturdy and can hold our weight together (my husband, my toddler, and I). So we’re enjoying it, too!! I hope this would last at least 10 years. We bought a plaster for our little guy. The staff came promptly on time and were very quick and thorough in assembling the play set. They made sure it was the the right location of the yard and were very courteous. Anyone looking at getting outdoor play equipment should try lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone.
