I bought this a week or so ago, and it arrived Thursday. I spent a few hours on Friday working on it, then 10 hours on Saturday, with just me and a little help from my wife. The instructions were great, the parts in separate bags and boxes all easy to follow. It feels solid and my 3 year old son loves it. I was a little worried about the ground I was placing it on, as it was a sand berm I had put up to control drainage near my house and wasn't very level. But this playground seemed to have some play in how it connected together and it doesn't sway or even move at all when climbing around on it. Also it feels much bigger than some of the other models I've seen in my neighbors yard. There were two minor cons. The first is the instructions for adding the net seemed ambiguous on how the right vertical support beam connected to the main frame. I looked through all my yard thinking I had lost a bolt when it turned out it was in a later part of the instructions in a different bag. The second is there were a few places where the paint had rubbed off the bars that make the restraints in the club house and one of the main beams. But I'll get some green paint and cover them. They were minor and not noticeable.

Quality materials. Just two issues...the framework instructions were not diagrammed and worded very well, and if I had realized that it was made in China I would not have bought it. Please consider creating your products and jobs in the USA!! Thank you.

At times it was difficult figuring out which part was which during assembly (maybe Lifetime could add small numbered stickers to the parts?) but, overall, it's an amazing playset and I'm so happy I purchased it! It's very sturdy and it looks great in our back yard!

Our Lifetime playground set has withstood many a storm and 8 years later looks great and has lasted through our 5 children playing on it most days. However, our neighbor's trampoline flew into it during a recent severe storm and we needed to replace a section of roof along with a bar. They provided us the parts at a great, low cost and made sure to include extra hardware. They were extremely helpful and polite, as well.

Very happy with the purchase. Quality seems great. Packaging was good. Seems far superior to wood play sets. This will last years. My only complaint was no paper instructions. I had to use my phone and find them on website. I took me 2.5 days of serious work. I had a second hand for less than half of the time. Which included my mother and my 7 year old daughter. But with a little creativity and engineering we were able to put this together rather fast. Make sure you follow all steps. I had to redo some steps because I missed small details in assembly process. Overall very happy with my purchase

We bought a plaster for our little guy. The staff came promptly on time and were very quick and thorough in assembling the play set. They made sure it was the the right location of the yard and were very courteous. Anyone looking at getting outdoor play equipment should try lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a product that will last. Really high quality, very clever design and thought out instructions. The aftersales support is also second to none. You really get what you pay for with this company. Yes it's more expensive than some playsets made overseas but it's worth every penny

We're so happy with this purchase. First off, the delivery ended up being amazing. It was backordered and a little delayed, but ABF Freight actually carried the boxes inside our fence and placed them where we wanted to set it up. That was a nice perk. It did take my husband a while to build it (pretty much all of a Saturday), but he was able to do it alone except for me holding or moving the A frame a couple times. He said the instructions could be clearer, but that it was "built like a tank." We were both impressed with how sturdy it seems... Hopefully it will last a long time! So far our kids are just obsessed with the swings and climb the ladder or rope ladder, but as they get older they'll probably get more into the slide and climbing wall. I ourchased my grandchildren a lifetime playset so they would have years of enjoyment and they have. The trapeze handles over time have cracked and worried us that the kids would pinch there hands when using it. The customer service representative Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helped me with the replacement parts. I couldn't be happier with service and with your company. I'm really glad I bought a quality product with great service backing up their products.

Great play set and worth the money. Horrible directions! Follow the pictures and pay close attention to the details. The little holes facing the proper way, and going in the exact order is very important. Leave all parts in the boxes, don’t lay it all out, it makes it so much easier. Each step of the directions tells you to take this part from this box and that part from that box. Some of the threading screws weren’t machined right and broke, they luckily gave a couple extra. Called customer service and they sent some more too. About 12 hours total with myself and my husband doing it.
