Wonderful cut of meat. Used itcas a roast...sliced some down for hot roast beef sandwiches and the remainder became beef stew.

The meat looked good however it was tough and tasteless. So much so that we froze the 2nd. half and are thinking about throwing it away.

Was easy to toss in the crock pot with some veggies and cook, taste was good we had some left overs at the end so decent size for the price.

Great piece of meat to slow cook for Tacos & taquitos

Long slow cooking is the trick with this cut of meat.

It was nice for the value

Price is right, just enough fat for great roast beast sandwiches.

This has been our go to quality roast. Always the best!

High quality trimmed nicely

Cut into 1 1/2” steaks. Smoked on pellet grill. Turned out very tender and delicious.
