This end up being an awesome cut for milanesas; a very popular Argentinian meal. It was very tender and very tasty. The price was also very nice!!

A lot of fat. Seems like most meat has a lot more fat lately. They hide it on the bottom so you can't tell. Disappointing

Beef Loin was a beautiful cut of meat! I cooked it low and slow, sliced it, placed it in a pan of fettuccine noodles with consommé. Big hit!

This is a good cut if you cook it in a slow cooker, instant pot, or on the stove in a stew on low for several hours. We sliced a few steaks off one end and grilled, but they weren't very tender. Currently, it's a much better value than ground beef!

A family favorite at my house. So easy to prepare! A little oil, seasoning and in the oven for about 45 minutes. Ends up very much like roast beef. Nice flavor, very tender and juicy.
