Very well trimmed- visually appealing. Great for potroast

Beef Loin was a beautiful cut of meat! I cooked it low and slow, sliced it, placed it in a pan of fettuccine noodles with consommé. Big hit!

I cut on have and baked one half saved the other in the freezer. Baked till med rare was awesome . Interior temp 145

you now have such a chunk of thick fat let on the meat it was never like this before. still taste great

This was a very nice piece of meat. Marinades and roasted at a very low temperature . Was tender and delicious.

A lot of fat. Seems like most meat has a lot more fat lately. They hide it on the bottom so you can't tell. Disappointing

This end up being an awesome cut for milanesas; a very popular Argentinian meal. It was very tender and very tasty. The price was also very nice!!

I cook this low (200') and slow to a nice medium rare and slice it thin for sandwiches. It's very low fat and the sandwiches are delicious.

Love the quality of Sam’s meat. I use drive-up service and appreciate the good choices that are made for me.
