I cut on have and baked one half saved the other in the freezer. Baked till med rare was awesome . Interior temp 145

I cook this low (200') and slow to a nice medium rare and slice it thin for sandwiches. It's very low fat and the sandwiches are delicious.

The roast was less per pound than steaks so we bought the roast and cut it up into steaks ourselves.

Beef Loin was a beautiful cut of meat! I cooked it low and slow, sliced it, placed it in a pan of fettuccine noodles with consommé. Big hit!

Good Meat for making biltong (similar to jerky, only so much better!). The quality and price is the best in town.

A lot of fat. Seems like most meat has a lot more fat lately. They hide it on the bottom so you can't tell. Disappointing

Best looking roast I've seen in a long time and even better tasting, after I seasoned my roast with my favorite spices!
