A nice lean relatively inexpensive cut of beef to be enjoyed in various ways.

In spite of a good pad of fat it still turned out a bit tough even after 8 hours in a slow cooker.

Cut it in half and made half as a stew. The other half was bbqued.

Great to make roast beef lunch meat!
