Excellent buy!!!

First off I’m a novice making designer coffee drinks. This machine makes it simple enough for me. The only thing that would make it better is a longer frothing spout. I have to tip the pitcher to do an adequate job of frothing the milk.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. She said that she loves it so much and the espresso is so good that she can no longer get coffee from her favorite shop. It’s much better at home!

I love it, almost like the coffee shops coffee, could be the coffee im using but is the much better than the cheaper one i bought previously. Would recommend to anyone, unless you have $800 to spend on the bigger ones

We’ve had it for a month and the only thing I don’t like is that I still haven’t figured out the right coffee-milk-syrup ratio! Other than the user error, it’s been great!

I am very pleased with my De' Longhi Espresso machine. It's a very user-friendly machine, and in no time, you will become your own barista. The machine comes with a guidebook on ways to make different drinks. I highly recommend you purchase this machine, especially for the price.

This is the third Delonghi espresso machine I’ve purchased. The first one similar to this lasted four years before it died. Then I had the double boiler model which I did not like. The hot water tank was too small for each boiler. It died after a year. I’ve tried other mfgrs and end up coming back to Delonghi. Even though they have an Italian name the products are made in China. I use alternative milks like coconut and such, and other machines just can’t froth it right. This one has no problem with it. I wish it had a timer to shut off the espresso automatically like some do. And I wish it didn’t have so much plastic coming in contact with your water. Both hot and cold water. Once you take out the basket on the portafilter the inside is plastic. And the entire water reservoir is plastic. Inside the steam wand is rubber. And those are just the parts you can see. The portafilter is difficult to turn to the correct place, even empty.

I bought this hoping to make nice lattes.It did not work from day 1 .The motor is too weak to force the coffee thru.. Stay away from it.

Great price, product quality good… if you are looking for an expresso machine and don’t want to spend big money this is your best bet

Stop working after 1 year.No pressure at all. P.S.After descaling and cleaning filter unit works perfectly fine.
