Great espresso/Froth- Terrible design

Got this for Christmas and wow I was excited, right out of the box, a great foamy latte. The way I like it. After only a month this unit had become very frustrating. The espresso pot which sits inside the handle refuses to come off after brewing. the suction it creates is too great for me to use my fingers to pull it off, so I remove the handle and await the mysterious and random sound of it falling off at a time of its own choosing. That would be somewhat ok except it likes to leave the grounds up in the unit. Ugh.... The clip spring mechanism to hold the pot in handle is useless, does not allow to "bang" the grounds out. as if they stayed in the pot.....LOL

never got it

bought at sams had instance savings 50.00 off club been waiting for it for over 2 weeks so i checked on sams club website an it said order canceled , I didn't canceled an now they want full price

Terrible machine, Makes great coffee.

Espresso maker works well. The steam wand however, will break off unexpectedly after about a year and burn you severely on your hands and body. I would recommend avoiding this machine; it hurt me bad.
