It has a nice clean design to it that is pretty compatible with anything and I find it easy to use with the simple dial. The milk foam makes a nice creamy layer on top, yum! I think this machine makes espressos that can compare to cafe espressos, maybe I'm biased haha but I love it so far. A huge plus—clean up is easy also!

As you can see, the coffee came out so smooth and silky. We struggled a bit with the frother (had it on the wrong setting) but once we figured that out. The results and the taste was beautiful 🤩

It is so smooth, even with my regular coffee grounds (I ground them further with a grinder before using). Everything works great and I've not used my traditional coffee maker since this arrived. My only sadness is not having an espresso maker sooner. Sooooo good!

**Got this as a Christmas present from my inlaws.** Noisy pump from day one but produced pretty good espresso with nice crema..started taking longer to heat and produce espresso until a month in, it barely dripped. It had been cleaned after use and even descaled, but to no avail. They bought the extended warranty and ordered it online , but when I returned it to Sam's for replacement they said it was online only now and refunded the original card. So I did not get a second unit to see if it was a fluke or not, but read the reviews carefully, as pump pressure/failure in short time seems to be a common issue with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago, receive the DeLonghi manual espresso machine. I has been used for that time and this is my oppinion. The machine works very good the coffe cup is creamy and strong and the aroma of coffee is delicious. Some cons that I found is very slow to fill and prepare your coffee. We start our day at 4 am and to prepare 2 coffees invest at least 15 minutes. Also the machine is dirty because has leaks and when your prepare the coffee always hace residuos of coffee in the table. Also the portion of coffee is very small. In conclusion, I recommend the machine if you have time and patience to clean, and refill coffee. If you don't rush in the morning to go work is fantastic.

Set up is quick and simple, all directions are clear, and plenty of illustrations and pictures to make the process nearly foolproof. I love the three size inserts for the espresso grounds so you can customize how many shots you make; they fit securely so even when I hit it against the waste bowl the insert stays put. I also found the scoop/tamping tool very handy. This machine makes a nice espresso with beautiful crema on top. I'm saving so much money making my specialty coffee drinks at home!

I thought it would be difficult to use but after using it I'm now obsessed! I love the fact I can do expresso and the steamed milk! Amazing!!!!

I bought it yesterday; it comes with three filters: a two-shot, a one-shot, and a filter for coffee pouch. It makes great coffee, but the steamer doesn't work, so I could not froth or heat the milk. I read and reread the instructions to make sure I didn't miss a step, but the steamer still does not work. I will be returning it to Sam's Club.
