[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes good espresso's, lattes, and cappuccino's. It includes a tamper for measuring out the perfect amount. It has different size filters to brew the size I want. This even has a small tray that I can place on the bottom for brewing taller sized cups. Once my machine was heated and my ready light came on, I switched over to brew. I let my espresso pour 22-25 seconds and switched the brewing process back off. To make lattes and cappuccino's, I put a cup of milk under the frothier and switched it on. There is also a lever on the side that begins the frothing process. I was then able to pour my frothed milk on top for a very delicious drink. This was simple to learn and makes great tasting drinks at home. I am very pleased with how easy this is to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit difficult to use—you have to decide when to stop the shot, which is tough to do by sight. But it does make good espresso. The machine itself is a bit cheap looking, and it was very difficult to get the piece that holds the filter and the coffee into place the first time—I had to wrench it so hard that I was worried I had broken the machine. It's no longer a problem, though, so maybe it was just a problem on the first use. Overall, I would much prefer an automatic espresso machine, simply because I am not advanced enough to know when to stop the machine.

The instructions for set up and use were relatively easy to follow, but I did watch a few videos just to make sure I was doing everything correctly. It works really well when using the proper grind choice. Has made for some great mornings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing product very easy to ensamble, the water warm in less than 5 minutes, the flavor of my coffee is reserved from the pressure of water. If you are looking to get a expreso machine this is great option. You can use regular ground coffee or the ready version.

I had this machine for over six years. I make cuban coffee (bustelo). Its been great, great pressure very easy to clean and the coffee comes with a great foam on top. As long as you clean it regularly its a great machine. I had another one, an older model and it last me 5 years. No complaints.

I have always bought coffee out at small shops and chains but this machine makes it super easy to make great tasting coffee at home! Machine set up was super simple and instructions that came along with the machine were clear and easy to follow. The milk steamer is a great addition to really elevate your drink to taste just like a coffee shop! The machine does not heat up right away so just something to keep in mind. I have found the steamer is a bit hard to clean but the taste of the drink makes it worth it!

This morning I made me and my mate a cup of espresso and it turned out so good and it was easy to clean up afterwards. Can't wait try some different flavors and I want to plan on making some cappuccino tomorrow but how my espresso turned out I know it's going to taste just as great. Try out this machine I know you will love it too!

Making espresso is a little trickier than I thought but this machine made it a breeze. The detailed instructions helped me understand how to make a perfect shot of espresso and steam milk with the steaming wand. It included most things needed but I really wish it had a jug for steamed milk included and a nicer tamp but it still worked great! Pros: -easy to use -detailed instructions -doesn't take up much counter space -consistent texture on foam/steamed milk -visibility of water level -warming plate for cup -storage for unused porta filter baskets Cons: -included “tamp” is cheap plastic so was hard to get good even pressure -did not include a steam/froth pitcher -porta filter basket fell out of the porta filter when I tried to knock the puck out.(had to dig it out of garbage can)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, let me say that this little guy is great. It works really well, and is efficient. The only drawback for me is that, because it is a manual machine, the espresso doesn't stop brewing when it's done. You just kind of have to guess when you've brewed enough. That can be tricky to figure out. Otherwise, as long as you read the manual first, it's easy to use.
