Tender, good meat for BBQ and slow stew

They were good but I wish they cut them.

Poor thickness for the amount of bone.

Could of been easier to handle or cook they were very large bones. I had to by a bone saw

Well marbled, reasonable price.

Ribs were yummy and big.

Could not buy this in store but the curbside pickup was seamless. I was expecting USDA choice meat but the cryovac was labeled Certified Angus which is normally found in high end butcher shops or specialty meat counters at the grocer. Still do not know why you can't puchase in store but honestly curbside was a great option and will purchase again.
