These are some of the best whole short ribs I have ever had. They fat is trimmed to already to a good thickness so you aren't playing extra for fat you have to trim off. They have a good amount of meat on them. I smoked them and they turned put excellent.

I buy these a lot and can understand why people say these are fatty and what not. I’ve gotten those myself but I’ve also gotten some that are just stupid good. The price I pay for the 2 pack at Sam’s is almost the same price I’m paying for 1 rack at my local meat market, let alone the local bbq joint per rib. Great flavor, when you catch some great ones they are an exceptional value.

I don't know everybody else experience but , I have been looking everywhere for these tye of ribs. They where meat EXTRA TENDER and worth every penny. I smoked them for 6hrs and 300 degrees unwrapped and they were AMAZING.

If you've never had a whole beef short rib before you can in no way understand how rich and premium this cut of beef is. Only 3 ribs per slab but one rib is enough meat to satisfy one to two people. It's like a 'Fred Flintstone' experience. Sams is one of the few places you can find these awesome monsters.

These difficult-to-find short ribs are readily available at Sam's Club. They are good oven baked and even better smoked.

I ordered for pick up and it was ready at the time that scheduled. The ribs were great quality and delicious

You get two rack of ribs with about 4 bones each. Lots of rib for the price which is the cheapest I've found. Good quality.

The beef ribs were of good quality. I did however have a difficult time with the purchase. I tried to purchase in store but was told they didn't have beef ribs. I showed the butcher and customer service where the Sam's club app showed not only in stock but available for pickup that afternoon. Their response was, "Well, the app is wrong and you will just be refunded your money if you attempt to purchase". At that time I used the app to purchase and it showed "Available for pickup this afternoon at 3:00". They had no response. I picked the ribs up that afternoon just like the app showed. When I showed customer service again they had no response. It appears that no one in the meat department nor customer service knows what's going on in the store.

This was not a “whole” beef rib rack as pictured. Instead it was thinly sliced across the bones for a Korean style beef rib meat placed in a pile and then cryovaccumed. The curbside delivery associate at the store had no clue of the difference between a whole intact rack of beef ribs was compared to the thinly sliced Korean style beef rib. I was supposed to get a refund and never did receive that on my CC. Either change your picture to reflect the product accurately or provide the product as pictured.
