I split this into singles and bbq it. Delicious. Hard to find beef ribs on the east coast. I'm a west coast person so I appreciate Sams club for also selling tri tip roasts

Tried a few times over the years to get these over but they would only sell them as cut for oriental style food. Was happy to finally buy them whole. Staff need to be briefed better on what can be sold

The title says 2 per bag, but only got one.

Found it online, went to my local club, asked a question and was rewarded. They're not on the floor with the rest of the beef, what's on the floor is the thin sliced short ribs, which they slice from this larger piece. If you ask, you can buy the whole rack, which if slow cooked is amazing.

I found this to be rather enjoyable. The marbling was great and the amount of meat was great as well. I will definitely purchase again.

My son smoked these wonderful beef short ribs and boy, they came out great. This was a good buy and the meat was nice and meaty and came out very tasty and tender.

I advice to buy the whole thing each package comes with 4 short rib but when cooked they are called Dino ribs there the best so good highly recommended
