These are fantastic when smoked. I searched everywhere for whole short ribs and could not find them anywhere. I finally found them at Sam's Club and for a reasonable price.

These are great when you want full-length ribs for grilling, smoking, barbequeing or even sous vide. Those little slices they offer just aren't the same. Good flavor, good meat-to-fat ratio, good edible-to-bone ratio.

Was excited about smoking these. There was so much fat in the ribs I did not eat them. Would love to try again but need to look at them before buying to see how much fat is there.

I bought this meat a couple times recently and I am so happy it's quality and price.

Beef Ribs were perfectly marbled and did not require any trimming. Will definitely purchase these ribs again.

I purchase these every 2-3 months. I season and smoke them 4-5 hours in my Rec Teq smoker, then wrap in foil and finish in the oven for about another 90 minutes. Always pleased with the results.

It's hard to find dino bones (beef plate ribs) locally except for Sam's Club. I haven't had much luck finding them in the club but ordering them online for curbside pickup works great. After a 7-hour smoke at 250 you've got some good eating!
