Awesome meat

To start with,  you buy about $125 in this twin pack, I thought I was buying one set of 3 ribs. You'll need to get a box of 2 gallon ziplock bags for extra storage. 1 bone will fill the biggest of beef appetites. Forget what you watch on YouTube unless smoking, to make an awesome rib dinner set your oven to 300°F 1 rib 1 hour 2 ribs 1 hour 15 minutes 3 ribs 1 hour 25 minutes. They should be medium rate and delicious 
Don't forget to season them well

about 60% meat and 40% fat is not worth the price, in my opinion.

It had a lot of fat cap.  More then typical so probably not a cost savings compared to a local butcher.

I purchased two of these to smoke. I trimmed the fat to prep and season. The fat removed totaled 6.3lbs. @ $6.28/lb $39.52 of waste

Way too much fat

I bought these in store. Smoked them on a pit boss Austin XL for 7 hours. I don't like to brag but wow I will definitely go back and more!

No need for USDA prime

They came out great on my smoker

Excellent quality

I have lightly smoked these twice now and both times I received rave reviews, or should I say the beef received rave reviews. Great beefy flavor, very tender. My husband actually enjoys these over the prime grade beef ribeye. Would recommend them and will be purchasing them again soon.

Wow! Super Flavor

Bought these double pack of short ribs. 16 pounds at $7.98 a pound. $126.88. Trimmed the plates. More fat than meat. Hard fat. Terrible butchering job. Mostly bones left. Very skimpy on meat. Very disappointed. These ribs cost more than prime standing rib. Do not recommend these to anyone. Seems Sam's has switched supplier? Quality of meat has seemed to change.

Too much fat

This was not a “whole” beef rib rack as pictured.  Instead it was thinly sliced across the bones for a Korean style beef rib meat placed in a pile and then cryovaccumed. The curbside delivery associate at the store had no clue of the difference between a whole intact rack of beef ribs was compared to the thinly sliced Korean style beef rib.  I was supposed to get a refund and never did receive that on my CC.  Either change your picture to reflect the product accurately or provide the product as pictured.

I buy these a lot and can understand why people say these are fatty and what not. I’ve gotten those myself but I’ve also gotten some that are just stupid good. The price I pay for the 2 pack at Sam’s is almost the same price I’m paying for 1 rack at my local meat market, let alone the local bbq joint per rib. Great flavor, when you catch some great ones they are an exceptional value.
