Humongous beef ribs great price

These were very juicy and tender. I smoked them for 8 hours, and they great.

Delicious- made Dino Ribs with them on my smoker.

Good quality, stamped USDA Choice. Very meaty.

about 60% meat and 40% fat is not worth the price, in my opinion.

I really like the short ribs when they are in cubes no slices they really fell apart while baking, tender but not a good cut.

You need to try these. I smoked them for 6 hrs at 250-275 with hickory then covered them in BBQ sauce for an hour.

Beef Ribs were perfectly marbled and did not require any trimming. Will definitely purchase these ribs again.
