To start with, you buy about $125 in this twin pack, I thought I was buying one set of 3 ribs. You'll need to get a box of 2 gallon ziplock bags for extra storage. 1 bone will fill the biggest of beef appetites. Forget what you watch on YouTube unless smoking, to make an awesome rib dinner set your oven to 300°F 1 rib 1 hour 2 ribs 1 hour 15 minutes 3 ribs 1 hour 25 minutes. They should be medium rate and delicious Don't forget to season them well

Could not buy this in store but the curbside pickup was seamless. I was expecting USDA choice meat but the cryovac was labeled Certified Angus which is normally found in high end butcher shops or specialty meat counters at the grocer. Still do not know why you can't puchase in store but honestly curbside was a great option and will purchase again.

Juicy, great marbling and looked better than choice grade!

It had a lot of fat cap. More then typical so probably not a cost savings compared to a local butcher.
