My son smoked these wonderful beef short ribs and boy, they came out great. This was a good buy and the meat was nice and meaty and came out very tasty and tender.

These are fantastic when smoked. I searched everywhere for whole short ribs and could not find them anywhere. I finally found them at Sam's Club and for a reasonable price.

Juicy, great marbling and looked better than choice grade!

I have lightly smoked these twice now and both times I received rave reviews, or should I say the beef received rave reviews. Great beefy flavor, very tender. My husband actually enjoys these over the prime grade beef ribeye. Would recommend them and will be purchasing them again soon.

Bought these double pack of short ribs. 16 pounds at $7.98 a pound. $126.88. Trimmed the plates. More fat than meat. Hard fat. Terrible butchering job. Mostly bones left. Very skimpy on meat. Very disappointed. These ribs cost more than prime standing rib. Do not recommend these to anyone. Seems Sam's has switched supplier? Quality of meat has seemed to change.

so once trimmed these were pretty good I could deal with a big less fat under the top layer but its not like the butcher could see that. My only issue is the same as some others...you can't walk into the store and ask for these...the people will tell you they don't sell them which is a out right lie...either they dont want to do the work or they just dont know what they are...save yourself the trouble and just do curb side pick up.

Thought I'd take a chance on these since I have a freezer. Used an electric knife to cut them into single ribs. The bones are as long as my enamel roster! The first batch I used the Taste of Home top of the stove recipe for Barbecue Ribs, and it was good, but they are very fatty. The second time I used the same recipe, but finished them in the oven. This batch of two was unchewable.

These were very juicy and tender. I smoked them for 8 hours, and they great.

These are nice and meaty beef ribs!

Well worth the cost..wasnt overly fat. .
