You'll need to get a box of 2 gallon ziplock bags for extra storage. 1 bone will fill the biggest of beef appetites. Forget what you watch on YouTube unless smoking, to make an awesome rib dinner set your oven to 300°F 1 rib 1 hour 2 ribs 1 hour 15 minutes 3 ribs 1 hour 25 minutes. They should be medium rate and delicious Don't forget to season them well

Could not buy this in store but the curbside pickup was seamless. I was expecting USDA choice meat but the cryovac was labeled Certified Angus which is normally found in high end butcher shops or specialty meat counters at the grocer. Still do not know why you can't puchase in store but honestly curbside was a great option and will purchase again.

I bought these in store. Smoked them on a pit boss Austin XL for 7 hours. I don't like to brag but wow I will definitely go back and more!

My son smoked these wonderful beef short ribs and boy, they came out great. This was a good buy and the meat was nice and meaty and came out very tasty and tender.
