It's hard to find dino bones (beef plate ribs) locally except for Sam's Club. I haven't had much luck finding them in the club but ordering them online for curbside pickup works great. After a 7-hour smoke at 250 you've got some good eating!

I split this into singles and bbq it. Delicious. Hard to find beef ribs on the east coast. I'm a west coast person so I appreciate Sams club for also selling tri tip roasts

I purchase these every 2-3 months. I season and smoke them 4-5 hours in my Rec Teq smoker, then wrap in foil and finish in the oven for about another 90 minutes. Always pleased with the results.

Tried a few times over the years to get these over but they would only sell them as cut for oriental style food. Was happy to finally buy them whole. Staff need to be briefed better on what can be sold

I bought a pack of 4 of these after looking everywhere for them. So glad I did. Great meat at a great price. One plate is more than enough for me and my family.

Smoked them for 7 hours @ 225 last Saturday. Fall off the bone done. Just salt/pepper/garlic is all you need. Nice dark bark. Going back for more this weekend.
