Asked the butchers for a prime rib cut. They were super helpful and accommodating even though prime rib isn't in “season”. The cut was a bit pricey but it was worth it. Just the right amount and wasn't too marbled.

I bought for Easter was cooking it on my smoker. I had two probes to get the temp right and they never would match. When I took it off and cut it down the middle it was a large piece of fat covering about half of the roast I salvaged what I could but threw most of it out

Awful. We've made numerous prime rib roasts, this one was awful. Paid a fortune for “prime”, it was like leather. Absolutely horrible. Feel like we were ripped off. Have had way better from Stater Bros.

Great cut for outstanding grilling

Very good prime rib We had it for Christmas and was delicious . I would buy it again.

For the money Sam's prime meat is the best

Needed to be "bone-in". Not sure why the butchers can't provide bone-in ribeye when requested.

Wonderful cut of meat, cut to order. Couldn't ask for better service or better meat.

I am expecting a roast with alot of marbling for full flavor instead it's a basic lean roast
