I paid $85.00 for a 4 3/4 prime rib and half of it was fat. So disappointed. Couldn't even feed my guests a good piece.

Purchased two weeks before Thanksgiving fearing the prime rib would run out. It froze, thawed, cooked, and tasted amazing.

Absolutely the best roast I have tasted and served in quite a few years. There was just enough marbelling to keep the meat very moist and tender.

The cut was delicious. I should have price shopped prior to purchase. Found similar quality for half the price.

Not a good piece of meat for Prime. I have been buying prime rib at Sam's for years, but never again.

This roast was perfect. Served for Christmas dinner and it was a hit. Juicy and tender and made great leftover sandwiches the next day.

Asked the butchers for a prime rib cut. They were super helpful and accommodating even though prime rib isn't in “season”. The cut was a bit pricey but it was worth it. Just the right amount and wasn't too marbled.
