I use a two-day seasoning and slow roast method. Outstanding

Very disappointing in both taste and quality of product.

Disappointing, not at all the quality I was expecting. Flavor was blah even with seasoning. Not anywhere near as tender as one would expect for this level of beef. A lot of fat and unchewable areas. Wish I hadn't wasted my money on this.

Pretty much the only reason I joined Sam's Club was to get this roast for Christmas and I was sorely disappointed. So disappointed that I left and went somewhere else. The roast was very small, after cooking you would be lucky to get 3 servings and it had a LOT of fat on it. And by a lot of fat I'm not talking about marbling I'm talking about the outer layer. It was well over 1/4" thick, and on a "roast" that small... you get the idea.

I bought a Prime prime rib roast (Order 9786123161) yesterday. I prepared it carefully and stood over it as it reached 125 degrees. It was pink inside and perfectly cooked. However, that was the toughest meat I've ever eaten. My wife and I had to spit out every bite. I realize that meat can be inconsistent and unpredictable, but I just threw $110 in the garbage and that should never happen with Prime meat. I'm very disappointed and feel cheated. I think Sam's Club ought to compensate us for this total failure of our expensive meat purchase and try to redeem their meat department.

This meat was the best my family and I ever tasted. It was so tender that it melted in your mouth. We were all very impressed and that says a lot because my son-in-law is an expert on Prime Rib and if it wasn't good, he would have thrown a fit. Ha! HA!

A poor grade of beef. The first time I ever had a tough grade of ribeye. This is not prime rib so don't be confused. Do not recommend.

disgusting. I will purchase again but the item that was delivered was below sub-par. Next time if I get something as fatty as that I will get a refund.

It was very good, however, at $160 I would expect nothing less

It was excellent, much better than what we could get at a restaurant.
