Delicious

If you follow the recipe lightly salted, delicious. Add more salt if you want. If someone is not okay with it being red meat, fine cook it longer or increase the heat to 375. This is some great prime meat imo. I'd like to see it go back to the original price however, 21$ a lb is pretty rough.

worst cut of prime rib I've ever, ever had.

I'll NEVER buy prime rib roast here ever again. I've cooked this for years, usually a Pgh area butcher and of late from the Restaurant Depot. This was tasteless beef, literally tasteless, and a horrid cut to boot with an enormous thick tendon or other very hard tissue in the roast. What a waste of my money, and this was 80 bucks almost. Ugh.
