Was dissatisfied though it would be a lot better than choice.

Dont buy this online...they charge for 6lbs and then just give you whatever and credit you back

The prime rib was absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved it. Expensive but well worth it

Cooked it slow until medium rare. Looked great but was tough. Really surprised and disappointed!
