The buttons are easy to use

Well my honest take is that the low level sensor does not work, so you have no clue when the water bottle is empty. The door you open to put the bottle in tends to come off the hinges. The 5 Gallon bottle barely fits through the door to put a new one in. I have only had this a couple of weeks and these are the issues I have encountered so far.

Would Keep Looking!

Started leaking water from the pump after 21 months of use (the warranty is only good for one year).  I purchased the Allstate extended 5 year warranty with it, and the claim was approved on June 3, but as of today (June 19), I'm still waiting for my replacement to be shipped to me.

Didn't last long

This item is no longer ozone cleaning. It is uv. Even though the box says ozone, the model number has the word ozone in it the only thing that stated this change is the user manual. I feel duped. I paid much more for this model because of the supposed ozone feature. And after looking into cost of ozone maker to the cost of uv is much higher, so they are making these cheaper Ava selling at the same price and lying about what people are buying!

Water cooler was easy to hook up and smaller than I expected. Makes a little noise, but not more than my fridge.
