This is my 2nd water cooler in 2 years. My 1st 1 was a Primo brand and the bladder that holds the water in exploded sending water everywhere. Yes, just after the warranty expired. So I bought this water cooler, thankfully I purchased the extended warranty. After 1-1/2 yrs 1st the cold button stopped dispensing, then the cool button stopped and yep then the hot button quit. Because of extended warranty they refunded my purchase price less tax and cost of warranty. Now I don't know what brand to go with. Maybe the 1 Sam's is offering rental for $1.00 a month and free water delivery ( I use Ozarka water, it's cheaper @ Sam's than Ready Fresh)

Purchased water dispenser mid Jan. it lasted 6 month and now won't. $234 down the drain. I've had cheaper ones last me years. This product is junk. Buyer beware!

Ridiculous they mail out a clearly damaged unit. Huge debts across the front door and a big scratch above that. And, a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Box was fine so it was packaged as such. 👎👎👎👎👎
