It is a little noisy when it refills but I love that it lets you know when to refill the bottles. It’s good that you can use 4 or 5 gallon bottles and you don’t have to lift them or turn them over

Great cooler for the price!

Water cooler was easy to hook up and smaller than I expected. Makes a little noise, but not more than my fridge.

Hot water is hot and cold water is cold! No problems installing and great to have desired temperature water in an instant. Very sturdy and classy disperser. Good choice

I really think from Sam’s warehouse I think they should be more careful when sending this type of order... my cooler came full of bumps... I didn't return it because my son really needed it, but this isn't right because I didn’t get it for free

I ignored the reviews and I should have listened. The water cooler arrived dented and it was not done in shipping. The box was in perfect condition so the denting happened while at the factory. Then there’s the chemical taste. I have wasted about 7 1/2 gallons of water trying to purge the taste out of the machine. I thought I had it cleared until the machine sat for a few days unused. The chemical taste was back. I’m really disappointed and would return it if it wasn’t such a pain to do so.

This item is no longer ozone cleaning. It is uv. Even though the box says ozone, the model number has the word ozone in it the only thing that stated this change is the user manual. I feel duped. I paid much more for this model because of the supposed ozone feature. And after looking into cost of ozone maker to the cost of uv is much higher, so they are making these cheaper Ava selling at the same price and lying about what people are buying!

The Avalon Water Cooler I Received Looks Like a Used Water Cooler. It has 2 Large Dents & 2 Small Ones. The Box was in Perfect Condition, So the Dents Happened before it was Shipped. Other then the Dents, it Seems to work OK. It's Not Worth the Long Drive to Return it. I Would Not Recommend it. Buy a Different Brand.
