This water cooler is so easy to use I can’t lift those heavy bottles so this just slides right into the bottom of it you don’t have to lift it up or nothing

Best water cooler i've had. pours faster, separates hot, cold , cool better. Like the flat top also. Only down side is that it could be a little quieter.

The water dispenser is working great, so easy to load, the only thing is you will taste like a plastic taste until the first bottle is empty and then it gets better!

Bought this cooler to replace another brand bottom loading water dispenser that we took to our cabin. We are 9 months in and the cold water flow began to lessen and then after a few days barely trickled out. Been going back and forth with Avalon for about a week troubleshooting. We got the flow to improve slightly for a day or two, but now back to not working. Company offered to send a part that I can't see how it will help, but no offer to replace the machine. Too much trouble for how short a period of time we have owned it and how lightly it has been used. Not interested in unscrewing the lid and messing with the dispenser wand every time I want a drink. The old water cooler still going strong after 5 years, unfortunately its no longer made. Hauling it back to Sams this week for a refund.

There are no 4 gallon water bottles anywhere, but Sam’s club. You can’t order online from Sam’s.

The refrigeration portion of this is very loud but it works great
