Once connected, Avalon bottom loader began to leak inside the cabinet from the pump. This also made the water pressure low. I called Avalon (no recorder) therefore, I emailed with a photo. I called Sam's club and Dyna promptly issued a refund. I am still waiting for a return label from the refund team.

Actual cooler is awesome. Gave it three stars because I received two damaged units . Sent first one back and waited again for the next one . That also was received damaged . Sams Club made things right to the best of their ability . Very please with Sams not so much with Avalon quality control. As far as cooler it is very stylish and we love the temperature on all three ways . Also the self clean is great . This is my second Avalon cooler that we have in our home and we love the look.

I do like this water cooler. It does say self clean on the front. In the description it says it has a self clean switch on the back - It does not. (at least I cannot find it) I think this one operates on an automatic self clean. I am not sure how but I do see the self clean light up occasionally - it goes green. I have had this water cooler about 3 weeks and so far so good. The hot water is hot enough to make a cup of tea. One other thing - the stick that you place inside the bottle is bent in a few places. I thought maybe mine was damaged since it was bent. I have read the other reviews where some say this is purposely done so you can get all the water in the water bottle - so it gets all used up. Just wish I could find more clarification on this self clean feature and this supposed switch which mine does not have. Even the manual is vague!!

Perfect. Getting older, ok just old LOL, and getting harder and harder to lift the bottles. This makes it easy. I like it because I also have a Keurig and don't need hot or cold water for it so the room temp. water is perfect. Went through 1st bottle. All that was left in bottom of 5 gallons jug was about 4 oz., when the empty light lite up. Real nice unit.

This unit was to replace one from a competitor which stopped working after 6 months. I researched water dispensers, read countless customer reviews, poured over tens of available features. I knew I wanted a self cleaning unit, bottom loading. Avalon dispensers had high reviews so I chose them. I've had this less than one month but so far, it's a wonderful machine! The cold water is freshingly cold and I've made many cups of hot tea. I used the ozone cleaning feature and the water, I think, tasted like I was drinking water from a mountain spring, high in the Swiss Alps! Really! Only slight concern is that Sams is listing this unit as model #A4BLWTRCLR-C but I received model #A3BLOZONEWTRCLR. As I'm happy with it, I chose not to return it.

This our third week using this water dispenser and it so far exceeded our expectations. We were spending quite an enormous amount on drinking water bottles but this has been a money saver. It was quick to set up and I like they are three dispensing options, hot, cool and cold. I hope this last us for years to come.

Received without damage (thank goodness). All temperatures are exactly what the choices are (hot, cool, cold). We Love it! We're saving money on buying cases of water bottles. It does make noise when in use because of the compressors inside that hello move the water from the bottom loading large jug up to the spouts. We did notice that after we used it for some weeks, the compressor noise was not as loud at all. Plus, the noise isn't a deal breaker for us. We use Sam's Club 4 gallon water jugs b/c the water taste fresh and clean. I would recommend!

I like the cooler however after turning on the cold water switch there was a noisy vibration coming from the back. I called Avalon they wanted me to send a video email but file was to big to send. Anyway I managed to fix the thing myself (loose wire guard).

We use the competing brand and the bottle that is on top of the machine it doesn’t work as well as this one this one works really really really good I would buy it again.

Works really well. Gets almost all of the water out of the jug. It leaves maybe 1/4 cup at the bottom that you have to transfer to the next jug. Hot water is hot enough for hot tea.
