Bought this very happy with it, it has a self cleaning UV light, and gets the water nice and Hot Or nice and Cold , the only thing that prevents 5 stars for me, is it is a little short and they require you to buy a $50 Plus base to raise it I'm sure i could put it on something but for this being a quality machine it is disappointing that it is so short

This water cooler works fine- but is VERY NOISY. It rattles constantly.

Arrived, sent me A3 instead of A4. Was damaged on top of that. Sams made it right, but really. Amazon has it for 157.00

7 months old and now has a terrible buzzing sound coming from the compressor.
