This is a great shed. With help, I was able to build it in two days. I'd say the instructions are okay, but could be better in terms of the order of things. We had to undo some of the work during the process due to the instructions not being clear enough. With that being said, we got it together and I love the shed. It looks great and it an awesome place to store stuff. I am thinking about buying another one.

After reading others installation reviews, was worried about challenges with assembly. Watched several of the factory YouTube videos for help PRIOR to arrival, which was a huge help as I already knew what I was looking for. With 2 people, we had no major issues during assembly. The 2 items that were slightly obscure in the instructions are floor piece orientation and door hinge bar selection. Pay attention to these two items, and you should have no issues. The base site was already prepped, not including that the total installation time was around 11 hours.

This is a good looking shed but no picnic to assemble. Most of the instructions were just OK with some of the drawings being very difficult to interpret. The biggest problem I had was attaching the top row of skylights at the peak of the roof. You can not assemble the entire row of skylights, set them on the roof and expect them to line up as the instructions tell you to do because they will not. You need to put on one section at a time starting from the middle and work your way out installing one section at a time. It is still very difficult to get them to line up but they will if you force them. Another issue is that the overlapping sections of the floor that are supposed to be attached with the screws do not overlap enough and many of the screws are simply holding nothing. Lastly, get ready for a work out as you install 256 self tapping screws to install the roof truss reinforcements. There are no holes in the steel and you simply have to tap each one with a screw. I will say that all in all, it's a pretty good shed for the money.

I bought this lifetime shed 7 years ago. The skylight on roof top began leaking half year ago when raining. I called lifetime recently, and was told they would ship me a new skylight for free of charge. The customer service gentleman is really very nice and friendly. my unit was missing two small pieces, I called and asked for replacement parts, they shipped them within three days, I when I got them I realized I asked for the wrong pieces, they then sent me the correct pieces. the phone service was polite and efficient. I feel very good about lifetime.

Stopped dead in our tracks when we found we were missing part DSQ and 20 screws DTK. No problem getting parts when I called but will take about 5 days to get the parts. Trying to inventory all parts before starting May b a good thing but prepare to take several hours to do so. There are a lot of boxes and bags that are not all well labeled. Make sure you have three people when doing the wall build, especially if ther is a breeze. Make sure doors get put up AFTER the complete wall build. Also, when doing the wall build, only put in top and bottom screws on each panel to start. You may need to take a whole side down and redo install when you get to last corner piece and find it is too long because the sections were not pounded together tightly enough.

Ordered our shed form Sam's with assembly included. Took a month to get assemblers here, only to find out it only had 1 ceiling truss instead of 11. The assembler requested overnighting the parts, but Lifetime said 3-4 business days was the best they could do. We have to pray that the weather and temps hold another week and that the boxes, which unpacked cannot fit along my garage wall, now left on the patio, will hold up to probable rain. I am *very* disappointed in the unreturned and delayed phone calls and emails, but this final straw of slow shipment is unacceptable!

Very hard to put together over all shed is nice. But I would never do it again

Bought this and it seems sturdy and good so far. However the instructions and videos are horrid. You spend so much time trying to figure out what they mean from pictures. The videos show a similar shed but different part numbers. Took over a day to put up.
