Extremely satisfied customer

I purchased the lifetime shed prior to that I reviewed several you-tube videos and thought about going with Tuff shed but realized the price of one was way beyond my budget. Being said with the great customer service and support we’ve been extremely satisfied beyond belief. 🇺🇸

Great, strong and sturdy, with ample storage space

Although a little tricky and time consuming to build, you defiantly get a great sense of achievement having done so. A strong sturdy structure with plenty of storage space, be shelving or tool mounting hooks, you won't struggle to find a hook to hang a shovel. Take time to build it and you will marvel in it.

Nice Shed for the Money but a Bear to Assemble

This is a good looking shed but no picnic to assemble. Most of the instructions were just OK with some of the drawings being very difficult to interpret. The biggest problem I had was attaching the top row of skylights at the peak of the roof. You can not assemble the entire row of skylights, set them on the roof and expect them to line up as the instructions tell you to do because they will not. You need to put on one section at a time starting from the middle and work your way out installing one section at a time. It is still very difficult to get them to line up but they will if you force them. Another issue is that the overlapping sections of the floor that are supposed to be attached with the screws do not overlap enough and many of the screws are simply holding nothing. Lastly, get ready for a work out as you install 256 self tapping screws to install the roof truss reinforcements. There are no holes in the steel and you simply have to tap each one with a screw. I will say that all in all, it's a pretty good shed for the money.

Even though... we like it very well

Overall very satisfied, like the look, reasonably easy to put together, plenty of light with the skylights. But: * Floor is very soft (too soft), * Gaps remain where the wall panels join into the floor solts, (the plywood floor we added helps block a little bit). * No options for Anchoring the building provided when we called.

Customer Service

I have been buying Lifetime products whenever I can. If I need something I will see if Lifetime makes it :) Recently I need a replacement part and Darwin helped me. Its great customer service like this that makes me buy their products and recommend them to others. In Canadas harsh climate they are a perfect fit. Cheers

Incomplete kit, unacceptable wait time for replacement parts

Ordered our shed form Sam's with assembly included. Took a month to get assemblers here, only to find out it only had 1 ceiling truss instead of 11. The assembler requested overnighting the parts, but Lifetime said 3-4 business days was the best they could do. We have to pray that the weather and temps hold another week and that the boxes, which unpacked cannot fit along my garage wall, now left on the patio, will hold up to probable rain. I am *very* disappointed in the unreturned and delayed phone calls and emails, but this final straw of slow shipment is unacceptable!

Great so far!

Started opening the cartons to discover a defective wall panel. Talked to customer support who got back to us in a timely manner. Zachary and another sales rep spoke to us and we received the replacement panel in less than 4 days. While waiting have been assembling what I can and have been following the manual by the letter. Great instructions and easy to navigate as long as you take it step by step. I feel we are getting a quality shed from a reputable company who stands by their products with a great support/sales rep team.

Not Happy

Leaks are all around the perimeter of the shed. The holes where the wall panels slide into place have gaps where rain water pours in. The holes around the doors are all wide open and rain pours in. Not sure why you designed the floor with so many holes especially along the door openings. I put flashing all around the outside, 2 lines of caulk around the perimeter outside. Also filled the numerous holes where the doors are with flex rubber but the rain keeps pouring in. The windows on the doors leak as well. Not sure why you did not provide tape to seal like there is on the skylights. When the doors are open and the floor is exposed to the sun, the floor warps like crazy and has now pulled apart along two floor panels. Most all the screws that attach the middle roof skylights have stripped so there is not much holding them into place. I really wish I had spent more money and put a wooden shed in. I have purchased many Lifetime products over the years and have always been impressed with the quality. This shed however has been a complete let down.
