We had a minor problem with our 20' x 8' shed. I inquired about purchasing replacement parts. Not only were the parts available, but were covered by warranty. Parts were received 12 days after my first inquiry. We are very pleased!

A few days of work gave me a sturdy and dry shed that looks good too. My neighbor spent a couple K more to get a wooden shed of similar size delivered and installed.

the only problem I’m having is the gable end doors are not aligning up. I’ve tried everything to correct this problem but to no avail. Overall I must say it’s a nice shed

Definitely a two-man job lots and lots of pieces. Directions on putting down the flooring were very confusing. Make sure you follow the directions and start with the correct panel on the side and go from there!

I bought this last month.... I did mount it on a prepared slab foundation, to keep everything level and plumb. We love it !!! We are actually able to put two cars in our two car garage. It looks great !!!

I really like the color and material of the shed. No need for painting ever or replacing anything. Free maintenance. This is why I chose to purchase this shed.

Glad I didnt puchase another brand. It is impressive looking. Called customer service over a skylight issue and they are shipping a replacement. Couldnt be happier

It looks just as described and is very functional. However, it did take quite some time for my husband and son-in-law to put it together. The instructions could be a lot better. But once up, we love it

Leaks are all around the perimeter of the shed. The holes where the wall panels slide into place have gaps where rain water pours in. The holes around the doors are all wide open and rain pours in. Not sure why you designed the floor with so many holes especially along the door openings. I put flashing all around the outside, 2 lines of caulk around the perimeter outside. Also filled the numerous holes where the doors are with flex rubber but the rain keeps pouring in. The windows on the doors leak as well. Not sure why you did not provide tape to seal like there is on the skylights. When the doors are open and the floor is exposed to the sun, the floor warps like crazy and has now pulled apart along two floor panels. Most all the screws that attach the middle roof skylights have stripped so there is not much holding them into place. I really wish I had spent more money and put a wooden shed in. I have purchased many Lifetime products over the years and have always been impressed with the quality. This shed however has been a complete let down.

I Bought this shed almost two months ago. We buy everything we can at Sams. I could have bought one in town and had it delivered and installed the same day. The shed arrived and we hired the service Sams recommends to put it together. Once the installer showed up we found that the company did not include any of the hardware to assemble the shed. The installer called the company to have the parts shipped and was told they are on backorder. Now we will be waiting at least another three weeks. This is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend Lifetime products to anyone. Sam's should be aware too.
