Quit Working after three years but did work well when it was working.  Turns out but doesn't cool.  Used 2 months a year only.

Came damaged and a nightmare too return lost 3 days work NOT WORTH IT.

Bought it online. When we set it up, it had an error code. We called the Delonghi company first, but they were not responsive. The end of the pipe that connects to the window is also very weak and awkward. We returned the whole thing to our local Sams Club and upgraded to the more expensive Delonghi brand one (black), which is actually smaller and easier to set up, no issues at all.

We Got a Defective One

I bought this air conditioner for my son to use in the garage. He uses one side of the garage as a music studio. Our garage is not insulated, but it cools the area well enough during our summer heat of 100 plus. 
He ran the vent line through the garage air vent using a dryer vent cover. He is uses it for a few hours during the day. 
It is surprisingly quiet so that it does not interfere with his recordings.
