Hose is busted and it doesn't constantly cool. Sometimes I'm amazed and sometimes I just turn it off because I can't tell it's doing a thing. It puts off a ton of heat too.

Bought this unit a few years ago. Condenser stopped working already. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. Customer service was no help

We purchased this item in the store, only to open it up to find it infested with bugs. Unfortunately, it was too late to take the box outside before they were crawling all over. The A/C is working well, at least that is a good thing.

Very disappointed! Read about this AC Unit and was under the impression that you do not have to vent outside!! Received it today and you must have a window or hole to vent outside:( not a happy camper
