After about 6 months, the unit cycles on blowing cold air for about 1 minute. Then it blows hot air for 4 minutes and repeats. Sending back. Glad I bought the Samsclub warranty.

Anyone not happy either has a defective unit or is just too hard to please? Bought this a few weeks back and have been using it through a recent heatwave - perfect!

It worked great out of the box definitely worth it. I use in my bedroom at night mainly and it cools down the room in no time. It's now on its second summer and is still working great. I have no complaints!!

This is a nice portable A/C . Bought it when we lose power and need to cool living room or bedroom. Interesting fact check on Delonghi web site and this unit is discontinue.

I bought this 2 1/2 months ago and it has already quit working. The compressor has quit. The high fan control never worked but I was willing to overlook that until the whole thing has quit. Will not buy again.

This ac unit barely lasted a year. We bought in May 2020 and by June 2021 the condenser was making strange noises. Now, the touch pad on the top of the unit has gone bad and the condenser is dead. I expected more for the price.

Just purchase easy this, a lil heavier then expected but install is easy. Did put insulation around the window kit. Cool well for the little that I've used it. Can use where tradition windows a/c aren't permitted.

I have a 450 sq. ft. room. It did not do the job. Cold air coming out, but not enough to cool the room. A total waste of money. I am returning it after 1 day.

Purchased unit due to windows in the house being too small for window AC. This unit does exactly what it's supposed to do but not worth the money. My home is small and only cooled part of the living room & the unit itself gets too hot.

If there is a lenon, I must have gotten. t. If I could give zero stars I would. It doesn't cool well. i could never recommend this product to anyone.
