Purchase on June 9, 2021 tried to register and model number was not accepted

AC did not work. An expensive fan. Tried to exchange and of course out of stock.

Not good, not quiet unless is on low. Ran it all night and all morning, came back from work and it was cooler outside. Will be returning this unit.

I bought 2 units. Now, less than 1 month old one unit seems fine the other unit is making strange noises and isn't cooling (aka - died).

Was looking forward to using this item. Bought and it had a damaged caster upon opening, so couldn't set up.

Really impressed for $299 on sale. It works well in the bedroom and living room. One month in and it does cool really well.

Bought this model June 6, 2020. At first I thought it worked well. It cooled our family room...but when temps hit the high 80's and above it actually made the room hotter. So back it went.

Filter system is terrible. Inside is another radiator style cooling area without any type of filter. It clogs with dirt/dust and must be vacuumed or blown out with compressed air. Must be disassembled to do it.

I purchased this unit less than 2 yrs ago. It was used once a wk during summer months in my garage. Now the probe is bad and they no longer offer the part. I would not recommend this product!
