Don't know if they just delete all bad reviews or what. I bought three of these babies two summers ago. Within first two months first one stopped getting cold brought it back to sams and they swapped it out which was awsome. Two months later second one stopped getting cold I did all fix's I could find in manual and everywhere else now a glorified power guzzling fan. Packed them away for winter (aka unplugged them and took hose out of window). Replaced the glorified fan with new more expensive model (well wife did). Got two weeks of use out of the one that sams club replaced and it stopped throwing cold air. Last one kicked the bucket today going into standby mode and won't start up. these air conditioners even when running never put out much cold air and are terrible on the electric bill. The more expensive model definitely works though it's just the cheaper model (if you call $300 cheap) that seems more dud then stud. Either pay $500pluss for best model or stay away from this brand of ac it will only get you through one summer to one and a half at most

This unit works extremely well and is quieter than my previous portable AC unit. There are obviously portable AC units that are more expensive but this is a great bang for your buck!

I like that it's on wheels, but you still need to install it out your window the way you would install a regular air conditioner. With the cord it does give a little bit of wiggle room, which is great, but I had originally misunderstood the use case and thought it was like a portable heater. It is very easy to install and you just need to make sure you have the right requirements in your window to set up.

It comes with a hose to put on the back, for the warm air to exit out through , we have it through the window in our bedroom with no issues. I also really like all the features, especially quiet mode! It does a wonderful job keeping our bedroom nice and cool! Especially during this summer heat! Is very effective & efficient.

This portable 3 in 1 air conditioner is perfect for cooling them both down when it's time to get some work done in the garage or some sewing done in the breezeway. The three in one is, cooling, dehumidifying and a fan. It is so easy to set up, a child could do it. Just screw on the hose and put the window kit in your desired window, plug it in and your set! It has wheels and handles so it's easy to move around when you want to change the room your cooling. A big plus is it's not very loud and it's very powerful! Another great thing is that it has no drip technology, so you don't have to worry about any leaking wherever you park it! It cools up to 500 square feet, and even has a timer to help you save energy. I'm so glad I found this portable air conditioner, it has made my life better and easier since I've had it!

Its quiet enough to keep in my room and sleep! The only downside is that this thing is so heavy. It was super hard to bring upstairs.

I purchased this unit in May 2021. And only used it in summer 2021 and 2022. When I tried to use it early Jun this year, it didn't cool at all. And I contacted customer service. They said they couldn't help at all since it's out of warranty. This product offers 2 year warranty. And it has problem just right out of warranty. So disappointed!

Not your moms portable air conditioner, this bad boy does everything Plus it has wheels! Window Assembly is so easy. Not only is it an air conditioner, but it also works as a portable heater and dehumidifier. The wheels makes it so easy to roll it into the bathroom to drain the reservoir. I can not express how functional and easy this machine is to use. Extra bonus it comes with a remote!!
